The service was disappointing, especially due to the unprofessional behavior of staff member Nitin and the unexpected ₹500 parking charge.

The best was the food we ordered from their special chef from hotel restaurant which was very tasty and superb presentation was much worth and value meal for 2 with full room service everytime we ordered but need to order a little bit early so they can prepare for u on time Even though The location was near to mall road entry but the hotel was located below the road going down 200m was ok but coming up till the road in stairs with luggage while going back to shimla railway station was tiring atleast hotel staff should help the guest till taxi stand for farewell.

Had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Windsor, Shimla. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained with beautiful valley views. The staff was courteous, cooperative, and always ready to help. Food quality was good with decent variety. The location is peaceful yet convenient for local sightseeing. Overall, a comfortable stay and good value for money. Highly recommended for families and groups.
