The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The room had so many great amenities. They even had a little Famicom emulator in the room for entertainment while you relax in yukata or jimbei in your room. 100% recommended.

Room was nice and spacious, there is small onsen in the room which was rare for hotel in the city. All staff were friendly and helpful.

We love the room and the garden with onsen very much. There is a special thing we notice during our stay - it is so elegant to have toilot paper with beautiful lace patterns in the room. I can see that the staffs prepared the stay with care.
