Breakfast was very good and dinner with all you can drink including alcoholic drinks. The location was a bit far from the station.

Very inexpensive, especially when you consider all-you-can-eat breakfast and dinner. The food is very good and there’s a wide assortment of choices. A nice rotemburo. There’s a game center, although I didn’t use it. Also, free bikes to use. The room is spacious. A good location, about a 10 min. walk from the train and bus station. The room was a little worn. Rather noisy; sound carries easily from hallway and upstairs.

Clean, good dinner banquet, big size yukata fitting tall Scandinavian ;) We booked a room with sea view but were given a ground floor room with the view totally blocked by trees

Really great price for the 3 of us and heaps of space compared to some other places. Staff were lovely and have a little script to read from for English speaking customers. Shower was pretty awful, our door handle was coming off and my friend found someone else's hair on their towel.

Kindly provide English description of the dishes and kindly include more vegetarian meals in the menu or else provide special discounts because only 5% of the total items in the buffet are veg.

The location is very good ,its near enough to the station and the port and gardens .The free bicycle rental is a bonus as you need one to get around .The staff were very helpful and spoke english very well .The buffet dinner was great ,especially the beer A real full English style breakfast would have been heaven , but this is japan so no worries

Location was very good and central in Shimoda. It was within easy walking distance to most places. Ample parking lots at no charge. The breakfast and dinner were good and filling. The customer service was outstanding. Nothing

Very beautiful onsen with an inside and outside bath. And you can play billiard or karaoke for free. We ordered a Seaview room, which we received, but it was on the first floor, so we could only see trees.
