Ocean View Hiromi SPA Hotel

The FOOD was off-the-charts amazing!!! The staff was so friendly and helpful, and really went above-and-beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The toiletries were very nice. The ocean views were beautiful to see from the room, lounges, and the hot spring baths. The XL-sized robe and slippers were a pleasantly surprising accommodation. The facilities is showing its age, despite obvious efforts to fix it up. There were a lot of pests seen throughout the property. Sometimes the amount of QR codes for information was confusing and frankly unhelpful depute trying to be helpful.

The view and the spacious room are good enough that we had a very good stay. And the staff were all kind and caring with us especially the a young lady foreighner who i met at the front desk and at the breakfast . She is so attentive for all we needs. Tha driver is kind and caring whose name is Mr. Anh Tan. Nothing. I would like to come back again with my family

Breakfast, Onsen, Massage Seats

Nice room, beautiful view. Good bed. Spooky neighborhood. Very isolated. Decayed. Onsen is miserable.

The room was spectacular. The area the property is in is a little isolated but we had a car so it worked out okay.

The room is the best I have experience in Japan. Beautiful room with private onsen, facing the ocean, giving a calm and zen peaceful time for myself. Besides, they provided me a wonderful breakfast to enjoy, and I can sit on the massage chair after travelling from Shimoda city. Highly recommend! None.

All the rooms have an ocean view, the nearby Ebisu Island is an amazing site worth visiting for those who love interesting rock structures. The b We were served by a short-haired Japanese lady who was very friendly during our dining experiences and were super appreciative of the hospitality. Also enjoyed the area with massage chairs.

Breakfast was amazing. The tub on our deck was perfect! You can not beat the view from this hotel. There was almost never anyone at the front desk. There was confusion about adding an extra guest and it ended up being a couple hundred more dollars for her to sleep on the floor. The bathroom door wouldn’t close and some of the stuff in the room didn’t work, like the clothes iron. The chairs in the room look like massage chairs (huge and bulky) but they only play music from the headrest?

The view is amazing, i had a room on 5th floor. The bed was very comfortable, king size. Ignoring the facilities, the room was cleaned well. The breakfast was not bad. In general i had a great time. 8 out of 10 is a fair rate in my opinion Lower your expectations by 50%, do not overpay (i payed ~15000¥) and you will enjoy it. My recommendation: book for the view only, come with a car, have a dinner in the city and enjoy a drink later in the room. If you come with kids, they have limited options for the children meals at the breakfast. The hotel is old and their approach to renovate it is very poor. The staff is friendly but lacks experience. The bathroom had a strange but bearable smell. The restaurant works mostly only to serve the breakfast and dinner for those who booked it in advance.

Super nice staff. Very interesting experience. Amazing view in the ocean and great SPA facilities.

The view is great. Food was the highlight. Value for money considering half board. Location was a bit out of the way. Parking was limited but I didn't have any issues.

The room was clean at least. The hotel and room looks nothing like the pictures. We were given a room that seemed unfinished. We went to check in at the appropriate time and they made us wait for 30-40 more minutes. Turns out something was wrong with the onsen in our room. We were told it wasn’t heating up and that someone would have to be coming in and out of our room (while we were in it) to fix it. We explained no that we needed privacy. When we went to the room, the deck with the onsen still had plastic wrap all over it, the floor was wet all over, there was unfinished furniture. The view was horrible. Not an ocean view, but a view of boats, docks, and fishing equipment. I just want people to know what they are getting into when they pick this hotel. It is not like the photos at all.

Friendly hotel staffs, especially the receptionist and the girl who works at the dining hall.. Nice view from the hotel room its Location is quite remote. Nearest place to get food is by the train station, which is 4 km away. So our only option is to have dinner at the hotel. No public bus from the station to the hotel after 5pm on Sat/Sun

I loved the breakfast, one of the best I had in Japan. I wished I stayed longer just for breakfast. The room could of been cleaner.

Wide and had a nice ocean view from room, good breakfast service, onsen site also great with complete amenities. Need to be careful and check your room type if you want to extend or late check-out because i was being charge more then what was written in the guide book. At the end they didn’t charge more because i told them the guide book doesn’t say such price.

A truly memorable stay from beginning to end. The breakfast was excellent — thoughtfully prepared, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. The surrounding scenery is breathtaking. Waking up to such a magnificent view each morning felt genuinely special. The property is impeccably clean and very well maintained. The host offers warm yet professional service, always attentive without being intrusive. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and already looking forward to returning.
