I didn’t stayed at hotel. They refused to give refund

I've stayed here a few times over the last few years its been open. While its still very new I can already see signs of neglect. Will it still stay here? absolutely for the time being.

“Room service” is a contracted food service NOT associated with the hotel but advertised in the rooms. Would be hesitant after our experience, ordering was difficult and time consuming as the worker wasn’t familiar. Took an exorbitant amount of time to receive the food and worst of all the delivery guy was extremely unkept and whose clothes were filthy dirty. Made us doubt the preparation/safety of the food we ordered.

The hotel was well maintained and the staff was very accomadating.

Breakfast had multiple options for breakfast that was great

Everything was fine, but we had difficulty getting the thermostat to change and there was nothing for me to eat for breakfast as a vegan except for sugary oatmeal. Breakfast was good for the rest of my family, though.

The staff very accommodating

This room was for one night. We were really happy with the fresh clean room! Everything was perfect! Easy check in, close parking and breakfast was a standard fare.

Bathroom tub very very slick

Mold in the shower, huge stain on curtains, awful smell throughout whole hotel, and very unfriendly staff. Breakfast was awful.

The property was close to our grandson’s baseball tournament. It was immaculate, quiet and the staff were very helpful—especially the front desk gentleman who helped us with dinner suggestions.

Everything is good. Except the Breakfast never changes menu, same thing everyday that kinda boring to me.
