Anjali by Syphon exceeded my expectations. As a frequent visitor to Siem Reap who has stayed in everything from low-end to high-end, family-friendly and large hotels, I can honestly say this property offers something truly different: a boutique atmosphere paired with genuine five-star service. The staff are exceptional: attentive, highly trained, and fluent in English, and showed genuine interest in our needs, engaging with us as travellers rather than just guests. Each staff member’s individuality really stood out, which speaks highly of how the team is trained and valued. A special thank you to Thida and Smak (our driver) for their outstanding care during our stay! The hotel itself feels like a green oasis, with trees providing privacy and a calm, peaceful environment, perfect for a romantic escape or anyone seeking rest and tranquillity. Sustainability is clearly embedded throughout the property, from locally produced products and reduced plastic use to the saltwater pool. Our room was spacious, the bed very comfortable, and there was no noise from neighbours or the street. As expected in a tropical climate, there are mosquitoes, but effective repellent is provided. Transportation was seamless and easy to arrange, with airport transfers including cold towels and fresh coconut water on arrival, free evening shuttles to town, and well-organised temple trips at fair prices with a consistent driver who made exploring effortless. Breakfast was excellent with both continental and Khmer options, the lunch and dinner menus were varied and well executed, and the cocktails were creative and delicious in a beautifully designed bar area. Anjali is an excellent choice for travellers seeking boutique charm, thoughtful sustainability, personalised service, and a peaceful setting. Top marks across the board.

We had an amazing stay! The bed was incredibly soft, and the staff were so friendly and service-minded, it made us feel truly welcomed. Room service was fast and convenient. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious. We’ll definitely be back!

My family really enjoyed our stay, it was an excellent experience! My child especially loved the swimming pool and the breakfast. The food was delicious, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We had a great time, and I definitely plan to come back someday.

It was a relaxing stay. The rooms were good and spacious. The hotel's food was delicious. The room service was good too. Overall it was a good relaxing stay . Definitely worth the stay!

The staff were very welcoming, thoughtful, and attentive, always going the extra mile to provide top notch service. The hotel was beautiful and very comfortable for our stay. We also were able to book several experiences through the hotel and had a spa treatment, which was one of the best massage of our lives! I'd highly recommend staying at Anjali. The hotel is about a 10 minute drive from the city center, which we actually preferred. They offer free shuttles at night and Grab taxis are very cheap, so it wasn't an issue at all. Just good to know!

Greeted at the airport by the driver with a coconut and a cold towel - a great start. Annie at reception was extremely helpful advising where to visit, how and when and organising transport via the hotel Tuk Tuk. The drivers were so helpful and amenable. Waiting for you outside wherever you went and providing cold towels and bottles of cold water on your return to the Tuk Tuk. The property is beautiful and the beds were so comfortable probably the best bed I’ve slept in with great pillows. The food was great and good value. Had a great time.

A 3 night stay. Somewhat disappointing in terms of the rooms versus online pictures. Hot water problems. Woken early each morning by cockerel. Location not as central as expected & shuttle facilities poor. Restaurant food good & staff friendly & helpful.

We had the most wonderful time at Anjali. Cambodia is a wonderful country and the staff could not have been any more helpful. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and nothing was ever too much trouble. The food was fabulous and so was the service, whether breakfast, lunch or dinner.

A very welcoming Oasis from the setting, decor, staff, food, swimming pool .. just perfect. Tuk Tuk rides into town by hotel staff were great as was airport pick up and drop off. Nothing!

This hotel exceeded our expectations! The rooms were luxurious, and the balcony offered a stunning view of the beautiful pool area. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the delicious welcome drink was a lovely touch.

The staff was the most helpful and friendly that we have come across in all of our travels. We also enjoyed the daily breakfast which was included. Annie went above and beyond when cleaners found my credit card pouch under the bed in our room. She had a grab (uber) deliver the credit cards to the airport where we were catching a flight. The Air conditioning in the room was not working properly.
