As a tour leader, my own priorities are not as important as the feedback from my group. When my clients are satisfied, that’s what truly makes me happy. The front desk staff were extremely friendly, approachable, and always ready to help. They were also wonderfully generous. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The beautiful garden and the indoor pool added an extra special touch to the hotel. The location is also convenient—just a 6-minute tuk-tuk ride to the downtown area. During our stay, the hotel’s restaurant was under maintenance. However, we found a great local restaurant just a few minutes’ walk away with excellent food and very reasonable prices, so it wasn’t a problem for us at all. The staff also mentioned that their own restaurant will be reopening very soon.

Amazing pool and garden, wonderful large rooms, great comfy beds, hot powerful shower. Staff amazing always there to help. Only a slight negative but it’s slightly out of town but tuk tuks are cheap $1 each way.

Book this hotel! The owners Dee and May are hands-on, gracious hosts, and very attentive to all guests.They've created a beautiful oasis and the hospitality experienced is far more superior to most boutique hotels that we've experienced in Canada and Europe. The location is in a quiet area, only a short tuktuk drive from Siam Reap(currently USD$2 each way) and property has a driver on standby for most of the day. The restaurant on-site is currently not operational, which wasn't an issue for us because food options are nearby(take tuktuk to food street), accessible and very inexpensive. Their work around is ordering food and beverages for guests through the Grab app, with reasonable pricing and delivery times. Our Deluxe Twin room was spacious and exactly as advertised, with 2 twin size beds, two communal balcony lounges to sit and relax in after our excursions. We thoroughly enjoyed the saltwater pool, which is exceptional and was never crowded. The beds in room 111 were a bit firm for us and would have preferred more support. Not a deal breaker for a 3-night stay but good to know that in case you require less firm, just ask if they can accommodate.

Hotel well situated in Siem Reap. Very nice court garden full of trees and plants and beautiful swimming pool. Very peacful - The rooms were comfortable and very cleaned - Staff were very friendly.

Ravady is a very nice hotel with a charming pool and great and very helpful people working there. Very convenient is a restaurant just behind the corner with traditional Cambodian dance. Also, we took the opportunity offered by the hotel to have their driver to pick us up at the airport and were very lucky to have Mr. Ly, who was our fantastic guide for all other excursions as well: Angkor Wat, Kompong Khlea... we thank him for a wonderful experience and recommend his great service to all travelers. We found nothing negative during our whole stay in this beautiful country and their great people

Very peaceful and quiet. Lovely and large Rooms and great pool. The staff - especially the hotel manager - was amazing and so friendly. They decorated our room for our honeymoon and arranged things for us when we needed. Would highly recommend! A bit far out from the central part of town and not a lot of good food options close by. But a good relaxing stay if you’re out seeing temples all day.

The room was large, clean with good bed and towels. Big shower. Pool was a plus. The owners are very kind and helpfull people. the structure is outside the center therefore very quiet. to get around you have to use a tuc tuc, but the hotel always has one available for its customers. the room was not well insulated and unfortunately we slept poorly both nights due to noisy guests upstairs. ask for a room with no one else upstairs. furthermore, no one enforces the rules on using the pool, so if there are children or teenagers, it's a disaster

This place is truly fab. Rooms are big and clean (cleaning every day). Very friendly and helpful staff ? Beautiful green patio, the pool, WiFi, air con – what more could you want? I’ve been travelling to many places in Asia and this was one of the best I ever stayed. Everything was really perfect.
