The pool area The food was absolutely amazing Loved the buffet breakfast and the noodle soups were my absolute favourite Staff very polite and pleasant Good value for money The beds were a bit harder than what I am used to Most staff struggled speaking or understanding English

Everything!!!! *The receptionist were exceptional! I lose something valuable at the airport and they were super fast and diligent and they recovered it in record time!!! * the hotel itself is beautiful. Nice resting area, nice pool, delicious food. Comfortable bed. Option between AC and fan!! * we were there for the New year … and the party!! Totally recommended!!! * the tuc-tuc guy is very nice as well, he picked us always when we needed him. Best experience ever! We would have stayed more days if we could

Very nice outside environment. The pool area is spacious and nice but doesn’t have shallow area for younger kids. I do like that there are shaded areas for lounging without a sunburn from the hot sun. The check in process was a bit messy and long wait for us, although not many guests. We had everything booked and paid but they took a while to get us the keys. The staff told us they were bringing welcome drinks but we kept waiting and after 15 mins no drink. We reminded them and again waited another 15 mins. Later another family arrived checking in, and I guess the staff told them the same and when drinks brought over to us, the other family came and took our drinks which was weird. The check in process could have been handled better.

A very nice hotel with clean room. Not far from Angkor Wat, so very convenient. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. An evening meal at the pool side wasn’t that pleasant as there were so much flies on the BBQ buffet. They can cover with some net to make it consumable. Otherwise the Lamb BBQ was so good!

Love the pool area with relaxing lounge beds under shades and lots of trees. Good breakfast. Room is nice and large however wall a bit thin and can hear some noises outside. Staffs are friendly. Overall good value for money. We would stay again. The pool doesn’t have a shallow area that is suitable for young kids. The lobby had many mosquitoes. Our check in was messy, it took a while and staff didn’t offer welcome drink, had to be reminded twice.

Clean room and friendly staff!

Absolutely beautiful, well maintained, comfortable and relaxing room, pool, lobby. The highlight was certainly the staff! Everyone there made us feel so welcome and attended to, remembered all our names, and gave excellent recommendations. One of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in anywhere in the world.

The AC was not too cold

A wonderful stay at this elegant, tropical style hotel. Fantastic location, near enough but away from the busy centre. Lovely big pool area, ideal to relax after a day sightseeing. Staff couldn’t be more attentive and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional.

Excellent hotel with wonderful staff. The room was very comfortable and the food was excellent. The breakfast had a huge variety along with the usual egg station for western breakfast. The pool was wonderful. Can't say enough good things about the hotel

Exceptional

All was perfect: the room the bed the pool the food the staff the massage and the attitude. The only thing is i had misunderstanding with the booking team which the reception team solved perfectly.

Clean and new

Lovely hotel with very nice pool. The staff were excellent. Just a short ride into the centre of the town.

The property is beautifully laid out, exceptionally clean, good location. Very quiet. Rooms were lovely. I have no negative comments
