I always use Kouprey when I arrive in Siem Reap. Excellent on all counts - great food, great pool, great location, great staff !

The staff was very attentive to my needs and served me a special 'western' breakfast every day including bacon, eggs, ham. The property is basically a well tended garden with a mix of trees and vegetation. The view from my balcony room was just a nice green canopy through which I could see the crystal clear pool. Drinking water is free - they use glass bottles and provide filling stations - and on several occasions they left me fresh fruit with a personalized note. If you have your own moto, there is lots of parking with shade and also full time security. The staff were always pleasant and respectful and interested in asking me if my needs were being met. You can see they are trained to prioritize their guests and show them they care. It is noted by me and also appreciated too. Thank you everyone - I miss you already! I like the location but many tourists would not as its a bit further from the hub of excitement and too far to walk to pub St - but there are lots of places to find food on foot, even a very good Khmer BBQ just 2 minutes away - Heng Heng. So, for me, I liked the location because its a short tuk tuk ride, and/or you can use a moto like I did. What Kouprey could improve would easily be acheived but would cost a bit of money of course. The beds are typical in Cambodia but they are a bit hard and could benefit from a softer topper for more sleeping comfort. (the bedding is good and clean) The water is noticeably brown, and if it runs on a white wash cloth it even leaves a stain. I think this has to do with the storage tanks, not necessarily the water in the ground. If I am right, They should flush their tanks - or line them - or replace them with stainless steel. I dont like having to leave such a great review because this place offers very excellent value for money and I would prefer to keep that little secret to myself. Next time I come I am sure the prices will be higher, because I tell the world how great you are - but I must do what is right and give the praise where it is deserved. Again - well done everyone on the Kouprey team - ah kun.

Off the road and the business of the city centre and pub st. The property is full of vegetation and beautiful flowering plants. Buffet is not great however they will cook you (their version of) an American breakfast including bacon and eggs. I loved the view from my room window. Staff is very nice and accommodating. The water is a bit discoloured - the bed is a bit hard - the bedding could be newer even though it was clean.

The customer service here is 10/10! The whole place is lovely and I really enjoyed the pool!! I only wish people would be more considerate when closing their doors.

I love the setting of the property, full of greeneries. So cool amidst hot March. The staff are so helpful and so polite. None.

A really lovely setting for this hotel. It is small enough not to feel overcrowded. The room size was good and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was also good. The cleanliness was perfect and the room was cleaned well each day with fresh water given. The pool was very pleasant, beach towels were also provided. Breakfast was good. The location was ok. We were bit far out from the night life of Pub Street, but a short rickshaw ride and there was always one available for us, provided by the hotel for a small fee.

Front desk staff were always helpful whenever we had questions. The facilities were great. Beautiful garden. Breakfast was excellent. Having the idol altar burning incense in the corner where the guard or Tuktuk driver was waiting/sitting. It was spooky and not pleasant for tourists, especially non-Buddhists. He didn't have a name tag. Hard to tell what was his function on the property.

This was a little Oasis in Cambodia. It reminded me of Bali yet better.

The property is very well maintained- I felt like I was in a tropical jungle with gorgeous flowers and birds singing all around me. Nothing I loved walking outside and sitting on my balcony listening to the birds.
