Breakfast is amazing - the staff are all so helpful and friendly - we have stayed here 3 times in the last year and will again

Very lovely hotel just a short drive from the busy downtown area. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and couch. Good AC and ceiling fan. The breakfast was excellent- huge diversity in items, freshly prepared as well as buffet. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. The pool is nice, especially with such hot days. There was always a tuk tuk waiting so you never had to wait to get into town. nothing!

Service was impressive. Front desk especially helpful -- I needed emergency dental care and was assisted by manager who set up appointment and followed up with my care! Very grateful!

The staff was stunning.

Everything about the room was fine, except for the lack of a bathtub (although more expensive rooms have one). Thus, no real issues there. Breakfast was quite good too - juices, bircher muesli, soup (although on this occasion, I didn't have any), bacon, pastries and croissants (which were just OK), egg benedict and salad / fruit salad as well as coffee from a machine. I didn't have any coffee simply because there is one excellent coffee shop I visit when in town, so I went there. Also, as I only ever have 1 cup of coffee a day and not more, I made the choice to have my coffee at said coffee shop. I have however had coffee here on my last visit, and it was quite decent. At the time, it had to be requested from the staff, now you make it yourself using the machine. On two separate nights, there were some screaming tourists out the front of the hotel, but their shouting was short-lived. By the time I could check, it was all quiet again. I have no idea why they were shouting late in the evening after coming back from somewhere. It might have been the same people who on my last evening, were shouting when they came back from town by tuk-tuk. Also, when first checking in, it took a long time. Sure, I arrived around 12pm, but at most hotels in Siem Reap and generally in Cambodia or SE Asia, you can do that and expect to get a room without waiting. The lobby was hot and sweaty, although I did receive a drink and a wet towel. Still, the wait was a little long (maybe 20-30 mins) and I only received an apology for the long wait just as my room key was handed out. I wanted to drop off my bags, take a shower and get changed, as I had a lunch appointment and then a site visit in the afternoon.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Hotel management offered us a free room upgrade and late check-out. All the time hotel staff helped us with our requests. Breakfast is very tasty and the pool is great. It's located a little bit away from the city centre, but you can take a tuk-tuk for 3 USD (8-10 min distance).

We got our room upgraded due to our wedding anniversary and they decorated the room wonderfully. Thanks

Beautiful resort, large and comfortable rooms, just a few minutes away from city center by tuk tuk. Staff was helpful and always nice, assisted us with hiring a tuk tuk for Angkor Wat. Would stay here again!

Excellent resort. From the front desk staff to the attentive staff around the pool. Fantastic breakfast with many options, and good restaurants in the vicinity. Nice big room with a balcony overlooking the gardens.

Very nice , well maintained property, the staff were outstanding, we arrived very early and were offered an early check in without asking. The facilities were well maintained, food was excellent and so was the service. Nothing to complain about.

Breakfast options could be more varied for a 5*. Coffee is not drinkable either.

The staff were very helpful and nice. The pool was amazing. The room was spacious and clean. It was close to Angkor Wat but a bit far to the happenings. Thanks to the Tuktuk number 15 who took us to pub street and night market to explore.

Staff was amazing. Pool was beautiful

Beautiful scenery around the pool! Make sure you ask for a pool-facing room. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful! The beds are super comfortable and the shower is amazing!! The breakfast was tasty and we were so pleased it was open until 10 AM so we could eat after our sunrise trip to Angkor Wat. The front desk staff were always helpful and the dining staff were extra kind to us!! Dragon the fish was also amusing. It is a very noisy hotel. All night it sounds like furniture is being moved and things are being dropped on the ground. It was also unfortunate that there were so few loungers by the pool. The furniture on the balcony is very uncomfortable.
