The rooms were comfortable and clean, the pool was amazing, the staff were very kind and professional. Breakfast was good with options, we had dinner there once, and it was also good. The cocktails at the pool were yummy! Kaen our server at breakfast was really sweet. The location was a bit out of the way, at the same time, I didn’t mind how quiet and peaceful the area was.

Exceedingly nice and helpful staff, beautiful building/decor, excellent and authentic breakfast (coming from a Cambodian.) Quiet and safe; removed from the hustle and bustle of more touristy or central neighborhoods, but very easy to get to/from those areas anyway via a short tuktuk/Remarque ride using an app of your choice (Grab, Passapp, etc.) And, it's closer to Angkor Wat than those central areas! A hand towel in the bathrooms would be nice!

Lovely setting and wonderful staff. Great breakfast. Our air conditioner needed to be rebooted (electricity turned off and on) frequently.

Quiet area, restaurant on site had good food. Staff is amazing and very helpful. No complaints, it was a good experience.

Breakfast was one of the highlights served as a three course meal. The restaurant in general was very good and the staff's attention excellent. We had one of the best sticky mango rice desserts there. All extra services were very good value, such as the restaurant and the laundry. The room was espectacular and spacious. The pool was nice too.

Quiet, beautiful Residence outside of the city. Great restaurant and pool, just a short ride into the city. Staff very attentive. Water refills are a huge plus.

We booked a pool view room specifically to avoid the noise, but we got a street view room. Apparently there was a system error in the booking system

Excellent hotel for us, quiet, very clean and in a good location for us as we like to walk every day into town. Of course there are many Tuk tuks if you would rather not walk at a very reasonable price. The hotel staff are all amazing, very friendly and attentive. We love it so much that we booked 8 more nights. The tours that we book pick us up here at our hotel and are always right on time. We have great choices for breakfast and our Christmas dinner here at the hotel was delicious. We love it here, there is nothing I would change

The staff treat you so respectfully. They go above and beyond to make sure you are cared for and that your every need is met. I loved staying here and would recommend this hotel everytime I talk about Beautiful Cambodia ??. The rooms are spacious. The air conditioning is powerful and cools down the room in seconds. The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared everyday. Thank you so much!!! I didn’t like having to leave this property.

Our room was gigantic and a great value for the price. Classy and comfortable. We had a nice bathtub but could not get hot water to fill it with. The shower was also only lukewarm. The restaurant staff were superb, especially Ream. He was gracious and friendly. The food was good and inexpensive. Excellent breakfast! There was a fridge but no minibar in the room.
