The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and quick to respond whenever needed. One suggestion would be for the team to improve communication regarding room cleaning. On my first day, the cleaning staff knocked on my door at 9:00 AM as i did not put the "Do No Disturb" sign, on second day later at 12:10 PM when I placed the cleaning sign, i came back at night my room was not cleaned. I was informed they had already checked earlier because my “Do Not Disturb” sign was on before 11:00 AM, that's why they not check it again after. I am not quit sure what is the cleaning time! A little more flexibility or follow-up would be appreciated. The breakfast at the restaurant was great, especially considering the room price — definitely good value. The pool area was nice, though it could be maintained a bit cleaner. Overall, a pleasant stay with friendly service and good value for money. I would be back again soon!

This place is so nice! I stayed here to recover after being hospitalized in the nearby hospital and the staff were so kind and welcoming. They brought the food I ordered to my room, helped me with my bags, asked me how I was feeling every day. They were so sweet and caring. The breakfast is excellent and the staff so kind. Full buffet with eggs made to order! The housekeepers come clean your room every day and are very kind. The pool is nice and the facilities are excellent. I even got upgraded to a nicer room no extra charge. Super comfy beds, nice rooms with a view and balconies and a bathtub! Truly luxurious! And a great price! I highly recommend Elysium Suite (:

Fabulous hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We had a great time staying at Elysium, and the Angkor Wat tour with the remorque driver was a fantastic experience.

This hotel has a great location, just a short walk from the centre. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making your stay very comfortable. The beds are spacious and comfortable, and the shower is clean and inviting. There’s also a nice swimming pool with plants, and the interiors are tastefully decorated.
