Very amazing stay, loved our room with private pool and soak in tub. Loved the food options the bar the happy hour and spa. Kudos to the staff all very hospitable and just lovely with checking in with you and if you needed anything! You guys are awesome! Phea Phan special thanks to you for being so kind and providing us with top tier hospitality! More like suggestion-Pool should stay open later and more maybe solar lights there! But it was honestly no biggie still loved it!

Oasis like resort space with wonderful attentive staff. Our room with a private pool was so lovely . Comfy King bed, great room service and a really nice breakfast with both à la carte and buffet options. Our personal resort concierge Phea was available to assist us with anything we needed from check in throughout our 5 day stay. The spa was lovely and sooo reasonable. Free tuk tuk transport to downtown was available all day long, rides back to the resort were easy to get for $2-3. Already planning our return! The vanity area needs better lighting for make up. WiFi in our room was spotty, but outside in our pool area and in common resort areas it was fine . Wall mounting the TV on an arm for better visibility from the bed could be nice, but honestly we never even turned it on!

It was nice A little outdated
-
Technical issues, no hot water even we told to the reception and could not solve the problem

The staff. The private pool. Everything

From the style of the hotel , the pool , the green garden and the specious rooms … felt like stepping in to an oasis ! The staff was super friendly and helpful , all of them and specially Lin ! The food was delicious too ! Nothing not to like , our stay was wonderful
-
small boutique style resort, with staff always there to help. great service and value., I would have liked to be able to walk into town, although it’s only 7/8 minute tuk tuk ride yo where you want to be, other than that a perfect little resort with everything you need

Amazing staff and amazing service from the moment we were met at the airport to the moment we were dropped back off. Very responsive, very quick, very nice. We loved every minute of our stay. The tours the organized were excellent. We did Angkor Small Tour, day trip around siem reap markets, ATV sunset tour, and elephant sanctuary all arranged on separate days by the hotel. We attended the Apsara dance which was very cool. Being able to come back to our private pool after a hot day out and about was perfect. Honestly everything was 10/10 except the staff was 100/10. Nothing

We also loved the free tuk tuk ride to the centre. You can not walk there, but we actually loved the fun tuk tuk ride to the centre every evening. The breakfast was also very nice, buffet but also a menu to order from. Best was our private pool in the yard ❤️ Only thing I would change is housekeeping that keep the room doors open wide while they are cleaning (which is a while) since it lets a lot of mousqito's in. That's why we did not want any more housekeeping services.

We booked here after reading all of the glowing reviews - and can now confirm them ourselves! This was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a hotel. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, and our suite with a private pool was immaculate. The staff was above and beyond helpful and friendly. The spa was wonderful. And the complimentary tuk tuk rides into town were so helpful - I think we used this service every day! We also booked tours of Angkor through the hotel and that was so easy and the tours were great - the sunrise tour included a packed breakfast. I really can't rave about our stay enough - I wish we had been able to stay longer! Highly recommend.

We loved this hotel in Siem Reap so much, we ended up extending our stay by 2 nights! The property felt incredibly serene and like an oasis in the city. The feeling of returning after a day at the temples to the peace is something you cannot put a price on. Lin, specifically made our trip so special. She often checked in to make sure everything was great. When we asked to move rooms after our first night to one that was slightly more private, it was done with ease and they moved our luggage for us. Phea the manager was wonderful, a warm and welcoming face. We were sad to say goodbye to them. The breakfast was great, we never tired of it. We appreciated the 20+ options available on the a la carte menu, so we could choose something different everyday made to order. Cappuccinos and coffees were made per request, no self-serve machines here! We had dinner from the restaurant twice, once from room service after first arriving and dining in once. Everything was great, a solid 9 with reasonable pricing. There is a gym overlooking the pool. It suited our needs, with multiple machines and lots of weights. We only saw one other couple using it over the course of our stay so we had the place to ourselves! I’ve traveled extensively for work and stayed in many hotels. I can usually find something to improve, but there was nothing for this hotel. It’s not brand new so there are some “pre-loved” signs like nicks on the desk or a crack in one shower tile. But everything felt well cared for, spotlessly clean, and well loved. It was the same staff for the 5 nights we were there. Everyone went above and beyond the famous Khmer hospitality. We were sad to leave and would absolutely return.

The outdoor area with the pool was very nice and the property seemed to have many things to do. The staff were all very friendly and the rooms were clean and well set up. Shoutout to Nivat for helping me all throughout my stay and even notifying me that I left an item behind.

This hotel was wonderful but even more the staff was incredible. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days and the experience was great, breakfast was fantastic and overall service was as expected. Again, the people that work here make the experience what it is. So grateful for this stay and meeting the wonderful staff. We spent New Years eve here and they showed a few local dances and put together a really nice event. I also had a massage which was fantastic!

Everything was so amazing. The whole hotel is beautiful but what really sets it apart is the staff. Everyone is so kind and attentive, so helpful and sweet. They are so attentive and available. It is 100% worth it to book a Temple Tour with them, and ask for Long to be your guide, he was the most amazing and nicest guide ever. They provide tuktuk to the city center and it is amazing to be in a quieter area because the center is so busy. 100% recommend, we took the room with the private pool which was really nice. Thank you for such a memorable stay!! Everything was perfect but if I had to say one thing it would be that the shower was outside for our room with the pool and there was only a tub inside, it would have been better to avoid mosquitoes late at night to have a shower inside. Apart from that small detail everything was amazing.

One of the best stays in Siem Reap! The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive. The property is goregous and our room was a luxe experience. I'd recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a 5-star experience!

Keeping it short and sweet; the location is close enough to the action but far enough away to feel relaxed and be able to sleep well in a quiet, comfortable and beautiful resort. The staff are what make this place so special; a humble, kind and attentive group of people who go above and beyond to make your stay the best it can be. Special mention to Thavy, Lin and Pollin. Treat yourself to a massage by Pan at the spa. The tuk tuk service is great. I cannot find a negative.

Calm hotel, as it is not exactly in the center. The pool is really nice, especially after a long day visiting the temples under the sun ! We booked through the hotel a tuk tuk for 2 days and a guide for one day and it was really really nice. We thank our drivers and our guide for making this trip even greater. When we arrived we were given an “upgrade” to a room with a private pool but we said that this was not what we asked for as the room was not really nice and the pool not practical. We asked to gave our initial room. To our surprise they told us that the room that we booked initially was not free and finally we were given a cheapest room. The toilet was dirty and old (it has to be changed immediately!), the walls are full of stains (coffee and dirt) and the sink is in the middle of the room without any space to leave your stuff. The first morning we went for breakfast at 6:30 and the buffet was still not ready, even if they say that they open from 6 am. The juices are not fresh and they are from Cyprus !!! In a country where there are plenty of fresh fruits it is really a shame to have juices in bottles coming from the other side of the world. Also not so many vegetarian options as they out meat everywhere.
