Everything. It was a total oasis in a busier part of town. Staff were genuinely warm and inviting and the space was really maximized to consider comfort. Anything we needed assistance with, they arranged. The breakfast was special and very delicious. I also can't praise the spa or the serenity of the rooms enough - definitely planning to return. Thank you!

The location, staff, amenities and beautiful design of rooms and common spaces. The hotel is a quick 5 minute walk from the Night Market, in one direction, and just a few minutes walk in the other direction to Pub Street yet the hotel is quiet. Also, it is approximately 20 minutes drive by car/tuk tuk to the main Angkor Wat temple as well as other beautiful temples. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and beautifully appointed. They have a lovely nightly turndown service which provides delicious treats and a short Cambodian story highlighting a cultural value. Also they have an amazing Apsara show with a delicious prix fixe menu. And yes, there is a vegetarian option! The staff were phenomenal! They were all incredibly professional, warm and welcoming. For the first time, there are so many staff that I would like to acknowledge- Heat, Chanouk, Pet, Leak, Anna, Tevy, Rin, Visal, Joey and Prent. You are an amazing team! We are looking forward to returning to stay at Golden Temple Residence!

Incredible hotel - best we’ve ever stayed in. The staff were so attending, the trips were amazing and we loved it!

The people, location, shower, bed, spa, and breakfast. It was all outstanding. The airport is 40+ minutes from downtown Siem Reap and they picked us up for $35 USD. One odd thing about the hotel is the price of food and beverages. It’s more expensive than a nicer restaurants, but if you’re doing the breakfast buffet it’s amazing and totally worth it. Try all of the local options at breakfast. So delicious, and some of the best dishes we’ve eaten in Asia. Excellent value, especially for the first time visitor who may not want to rent a scooter. Pushing tours and restaurant.

This is one of the best hotel experiences I have had and I have been to 66 countries. The room was stupendous, even fresh flower petals floating in the bathroom sink. So clean and comfortable. Best part was the staff treated you like royalty. The food in the restaurant was so so good, both the breakfast and the three extra meals I ate there. Had two massages in the spa and they were terrific. Tea before and after and fruit. They really wanted you to have a great experience. On the front desk was a plaque from Trip Advisor rating the hotel in 2025 as The Best of the Best. That couldn’t be more true. This was a truly superb and memorable stay. Nothing. Everything was truly exceptional.

The property was gorgeous and the hotel staff incredibly helpful and efficient. The pool was a good length and so welcoming to come back to. Breakfast was very good and so was dinner. Honestly, I couldn’t recommend more highly. Our guide to sunrise and the temples at Angkor Wat was arranged by the hotel and our guide, Som, was extremely helpful in getting around and understanding the history a little more. Nothing. It was superb.

Staff is fantastic and very nice. Location is close to pub street and to Angkor Wat. They allowed a late check out The first night we had a room with a noisy toilet pipe and we could hear it all night. They did change our room the second night

Service was excellent. Everyone went above and beyond expectations. Breakfast was very good. Location was great. Short walk to restaurants, but also quiet. Room was quite large and comfortable. Property was beautiful. Not a thing.

Central location, in the middle of everything. Close distance to Pub Street but far from its noise at the same time. Our room had a pool view so it was a value added. Spa smelling toiletries. Nice breakfast, delicious omelettes, very good coffee. Staff attentive and super polite. Nothing

First, I have to say I've traveled all over the world and I've never before experienced such kind, attentive, and warm hospitality as we experienced at this hotel. The staff were absolutely FANTASTIC- so welcoming and accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful and comfortable stay. I really can't express enough how truly lovely and helpful they all were. They also helped book our tuk-tuk and guide for Angkor Wat. The room was very comfortable, clean, large, and tastefully decorated with traditional decor. Make sure to use the salt scrub they provide in the shower- it made my skin so smooth and nice smelling that I had to buy some to bring home. We had a delicious New Years Eve dinner in their restaurant and really enjoyed the traditional singing and dancing that accompanied the dinner as entertainment. Again, the staff really made the holiday so special and memorable for us. Breakfast was also very good with many options. We also booked a lovely massage in the onsite spa and had a great and relaxing experience there as well. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
