I originally booked just one night, but ended up extending my stay for three more because everything was just right. The location is super convenient—close to everything I needed, which made my trip so much easier. Honestly, I didn’t feel like moving anywhere else once I got there. When I arrived, the staff were friendly and professional, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet—perfect for a relaxing stay. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Throughout my stay, everything went exactly as expected with no issues at all. Check-out was just as smooth as check-in, and the staff remained helpful and polite until the end. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience. I would definitely return again on my next visit.

I had a really nice stay. I liked the room layout — it felt practical and easy to move around. The wooden floor made the room feel warm and clean, and the bed was very comfortable, so I slept well. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Despite several shortcomings, I still rated this hotel a 10/10 because they provided: 1) big rooms 2) clean rooms 3) a good housekeeping 4) great Reception staff 5) an unbeatable location 6) and these all came for a very reasonable money 1) bath towels are provided but no hand towels 2) shampoo and shower gel are provided but no hand soap 3) a small fridge is provided but it does not work 4) the one and only plug is in the bathroom 5) internet is slow and on and off. Just do not rely on it.

This is my third time in Siem Reap and I always stay at Cheathata Hotel. This hotel is my favorite in Siem Reap. The location is very good and it feels comfortable every time I come back. Staff are nice and everything is easy. I really recommend booking this hotel if you come to Siem Reap.

Location was fantastic! Near night market and pub street and center of town. Easy for our guide to pick up, wait, or drop off. Liked tea, coffee, and water in room. Stayed at annex across from main hotel and it was great. Friendly staff. Nothing.
