The hotel helped us arrange the Main Tour and Grand Tour for 2 days, and everything was smooth from start to finish. Visiting the amazing ancient Khmer temples was truly unforgettable. Great experience and very helpful staff!

The hotel has an excellent location, making it very convenient for exploring the area. Upon check-in, everything was smooth and well-organized. I had already booked a full-day temple tour around the Angkor complex, and the entire experience went perfectly. It was truly an unforgettable memory, and the hotel played a big part in making the trip enjoyable.

Absolutely wonderful stay at Cheathata CTS Hotel. The staff were great and ready to help. The position was excellent for pubs and international cuisine restaurants. The pool is small but plenty for cooling off. The upstairs bar by the pool is a nice spot to hang out after a day at the attractions. We had a balcony, however it was tiny but enough for me to be able to go out to have a smoke. We did not find it noisy. About 50% of the staff struggle with English. We had a smart TV in our room which was great for early evening relaxing using our Netflix a/c. Breakfast has a wide variety and fresh; eggs your way by order.

Service-wise, everything was smooth and well-organized. From check-in to check-out, the team handled everything professionally, making the stay completely stress-free. We stayed at two occasions at the hotel and would not hesitate to stay again. We had a room with balcony, which was nice and spacious and the bathroom has a walk in shower. The second time we upgraded to this room again which made a difference. (the one was available at the time of booking was much less comfortable with less space, light and shower over bathtub- Good to know!) The location is great. Staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast is nice and offers both western and local style. The rooftop swimming pool is a highlight.

This hotel was well located, clean, and great value! Kevin at the front desk was very helpful in organizing our tours of the temples. The buffet breakfast was great. We would definitely stay here again. The rooftop pool was clean and they had towels available. It’s a little thing, but there was no hand towels. The bathroom was a little dark for shaving.

The room was lovely and the provided beds were excellent. The bathroom was nice as well and the rooftop pool is a relaxing place to unwind. The hotel was very close to the night market which made for easy access to food and a lovely atmosphere to experience. The packed breakfast we received was absolutely horrible. The staff were not very accommodating.
