I like how comfy the bed was, the staffs were friendly, and the environment was nice and relaxing. The bathroom smelled a little bit

One of my favorite hostels i’ve stayed in in SEA. the property is gorgeous and the swimming pools are clean and so lovely. The value for money is actually unreal. Literally nothing.

First impressions was that it was a party hostel and while it mostly is it was also very chill and not too rowdy. Great location and there was a laundromat across the road that was useful No elevator so had to get my suitcase up 2 flights of stairs but wasnt too bad really

It was great! Very social and lots of activities, great facilities and staff. Food was also great there Our room was a bit far away from reception and had no elevator. For bit luggages it’s difficult although the staff helped us and was really kind and helpful.

The room was quite small, and the bathroom conditions could be improved.

Staff for the rooms are very great helpful and reception they really good care about the guest if you toke off the sheets bed you will find the bed full of blood and dirty is not really good , which is book in private wing , all the photos they post it in same rooms and different prices I book in the second floor and they give me room in the grand floors

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice places to lounge / relax. Quality and affordable food and drinks. I also recommend the sunset bike tour with Na and Pea —maybe the highlight of my trip :) Could be loud at times at night, but that was due to inconsiderate people — no fault of the staff.

Please review front desk staff’s attitude. It is important to be the face of the hostel but it seems like the some specific staff is not happy to facilitate. I was having problems with the locker, i ask a few questions and she show me attitude. I wonder If that’s how front desk staff supposed to show.

The environment and how clean the bedsheet. The staffs are friendly. The bathroom was clean and comfortable, but it was quite smelly a bit.

Sheets bed

Excellent opt-in activities each day - their group tour was very good, as well as the pub-crawl. Great vibe throughout the day, and good music. Pools and facilities are constantly kept clean Lockers are adequate, Bunk beds have adequate size/space/charging points and light Staff are very responsive Location is very very good. THERE WERE BEDBUGS (on my first night)! Which ruined one night completely in an already short-stay. I was given an alternate bed/room and compensated with free laundry to sanitize some clothes. Meanwhile the explanation offered was that was an uncommon occurrence that happened inevitably becuase of the backpacker passing through before me. The expanation was probably true, but it felt irrelevant after a terrible night. I saw the matress being changed, and maybe the room was cleared out and possibly fumigated (not sure). To be fair, my remaining stay in the alternate bunk offered to me, was absolutely comfortable, and the bed was great.

Noise Broken leaking coffee pot Western guests were rude and immature Dual doorknob Service Room/Do not Disturb is I'll logical and error prone.

Excellent location. Very friendly staff Had private room in what is primarily a hostel. Had the vibe of a hostel but with more privacy. As long as you are aware of that it is a good value

The rooms were pretty comfortable and clean. The comfort rooms were also clean. The staff were approachable and friendly. There were many activities offered in the hostel, which was helpful and convinient for me. I extended my stay there for 3 more nights.

The location it's perfect, the staff it's extremely friendly and competent, the food is delicious and the swimming pool is spot. The private rooms are big nice and clean..thumbs up guys!

Staff, service, and food. All the tours organized also had amazing guides and hospitality.

very comfortable beds and very clean bathrooms. prices at the bar were extremely reasonable and honestly some of the best I found during my time in siem reap It was a lot bigger than i was expecting so kind of hard to meet other travelers that weren’t already grouped up.
