कोठा आफैंमा राम्रो थियो र केही कर्मचारीहरू पनि धेरै असल थिए। विशेष गरी फ्रन्ट डेस्कका कर्मचारी धेरै दयालु, शान्त र सम्मानजनक हुनुहुन्थ्यो। तर, केही अन्य कर्मचारीहरूको व्यवहार भने एकदमै रुखो थियो। खासगरी बारमा काम गर्ने ती व्यक्तिले हामीसँग धेरै नराम्रो व्यवहार गरे र हामीमाथि भेदभाव गरे।

Staff I have been do the check in during the check in I have to toke off my shoes is not fair at all because the reception and the way to go your room is not clean and I have my socks white be come black and then i arrived to the room i find in the door hair inside thw room and also i find Gecko which i have fobia and I dont like this animal in the room totally no when I back to the reception and ask for cancelation son owner he was laughing in my face and he say why you scare from Gecko no respect and his father come from other room i guess camera security room and hit his son owner is not friendly at all really aggressive

Great location The rooms were on upper floors and no elevator.

The best hostel in Siem Reap for a great price. Soviet who works there is like my brother. He is always kind and very helpful. I come back every year and usually stay for about a month because of him.

I really love this hostel. I come back every year and stay about one month. It feels like my second home. The staff are friendly and everything is comfortable. Soviet works there and he is like a brother to me. I always enjoy my stay.

I had a great stay at this hostel. I originally booked for two nights but decided to extend my stay because the staff were so kind. A special thanks to Soviet, who gave me a very warm welcome and was incredibly helpful and informative. It would be better if every bed has curtains.

Good hostel. After check out, they allow me to stay until midnight for the bus. Soviet is very helpful.

Air conditioner was noisy and sometime no water for washing

The bed was really comfortable and the location was great. I liked the pool and the staff were extremely kind and helpful, shout-out to Soviet, Tika and Sophia

Everything was good, all the staff were nice but I only remember Mr Soviet Hut with his name card in my wallet.

Walking distance to the Pub Street, many other venues can be organized by the staff, good restaurant. The pool is a necessity. One of the best value for money. I am not a fan of having to remove my shoes at the entrance, but I did it anyway. Let’s not bother the guests with rules that apply mostly to private residences, not hotels.

The staff was so helpful . Dee was so great with us , she recommended a good tour to Angkor wat . The sign in the entrance need to be Cleanning and painting the wall . The entrance way , is bad .

Nice pool, with clear sun and shaded spots, best for both preferences Mattresses need to be replaced. They look old, and caved in.

Great place to stay near pub street! The hotel staff organized a trip to Angkor Wat for a good price too. The A/C worked great
