Outstanding staff! Always smiling and ready to assist. Our room was spacious, bright and very clean. Location was perfect for walkability. We would love to stay here again if given the opportunity to return to Siem Reap. Such lovely people!

The facility was very clean and comfortable. Excellent location, very close to the market and good restaurants. 24/7 laundry place across the road in front of the hotel. The staff was polite and considerate, and tried to accommodate our requests as much as possible. We enjoyed their breakfast as well. We had a few issues about the booking. Their room listing on Booking.com was not correct - it was said the room is equipped with one bedroom and one separate living room with 3 beds, but actually there was no such room in this hotel. They eventually offered us an extra mattress, which was not exactly what we expected but we decided to settle there.

Every thing about this hotel is great. This was my second stay here on the same trip in Cambodia. I had a bad experience at a hotel in Phnom Penh and when I returned to Siem Reap I was so happy to be here again. The facilities and staff are amazing. It’s clean and comfortable. You can’t beat it. Nothing. It’s wonderful.

Comfy. Central location. Polite staff. Breakfast made to order with many options and delicious. Cute and clean. Spacious balcony. Good value. Air conditioner was a little weak, but probably unique to my room as they are individual units. Would have given 10/10 if air conditioner was working 100%. Room 105

Next door could be a little noisy at night. Nothing ear plugs didn't easily solve.

The staff was incredibly kind, accommodating, and very attentive. They helped us book the activities we wanted at good prices. Even when we needed last minute changes, they had no problem with our requests. The location was close enough to shopping, restaurants, markets, spas, etc but far enough away to not be subjected to nightlife noise. The rooftop was fantastic with a nice pool and city views. Generally there are 4 rooms per floor. Even though other guests were staying, we didn’t hear any noise through the walls or ceiling. The rooms were nicely decorated, clean, and offered amenities not always immediately present at other hotels of similar caliber (I.e. comb, toothbrush, robe, etc.) The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job daily. The beds were a bit hard for our preferences but since this is a common characteristic of hotel beds when traveling in Asia, we expected it.

The staff were wonderful and the location was ideal if you want to be in the busy part of town. Lots of services nearby. The room was smaller than expected, but clean. AC worked well and we enjoyed that. Bed was good; firm, but not too hard.

Free breakfast was excellent. Great location, near night market and pub street Construction noise during the day. Television didn't have any stations connected. No cable or antenna available, only YouTube usable. Couldn't keep drapes open because people in hotel bar next door had a direct view of the room.

Great location, very comfortable bed, amazing sky bar and even better staff. The AC wouldn't stay on after leaving the room - took a little while to cool the room down after arriving back in.
