Clean, comfortable, has all basic amenities needed. The location is perfect and the best part is the staff. Artur the owner helped me with everything from tourist excursions to a cab to the airport, the whole staff is wonderful and they have a fridge/bar with drinks if you need at any time

I only used the room for the bathroom facilities as I was staying with family in a Khmer style home so I can only say that the property (owner) was very accommodating and for a minimal charge was able to take care of my mobility issue by keeping me on the ground floor. The minimal interactions with the staff were very pleasant and very helpful as well!

The friendly helpful staff. The bed was comfortable. It was fine for me just a mention that there was no elevator in case that’s a need. And the first day I was there the pool didn’t have water in it. By the second evening it was good to go.

Great location near downtown Siem Reap. Room is actually a small apartment with a kitchen, living room, and separate bedroom. Host was very attentive and quickly responded to any messages. The building’s neighbors were not particularly quiet and played loud music during the day. However, this was during Songkran so it might just be due to that.

Arthur and his staff gave us a great few days in their hotel! It was the perfect place for my girlfriend and I to relax after a busy few weeks travelling. The hotel was really close to everything which was great but also very quite at night. With the heat of siem reap the hotel was the perfect place to escape the heat and the pool was great to cool off in. We would highly recommend here to anyone travelling to siem reap, we would definitely come back again

The hotel was great!! Conveniently located, very close to all the main spots in Siem Reap. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed facing the pool. The pool area was never too busy which was nice, as we were able to cool down after a hot day! However the trip was mostly memorable because of the owner of the hotel. He has really gone above and beyond during our stay and made sure we enjoyed every aspect of it:) also super helpful if you require help with booking transport during your trip or just need any assistance in general. All the staff have also been super helpful at the bar & helping with our luggage. Thank you so much for our enjoyable stay in Siem Reap. Dziekujemy bardzo!

Lovely little spot perfectly placed in quiet side street just off the main action at Night Market Street and nearby Pub Street. Nice little pool to dip in before and after humid days, great prices at bar and minibar. Owner and staff were most welcoming and helpful, booking events tickets and onward bus to Phnom Penh, making for a easy, relaxed trip

Exceptional

Breakfast was not up to scratch asked for scrambled eggs came full of onions. Were told rooms not cleaned on a daily basis so slept in the same sheets for three days. Same with the towels not changed. . Tv had no channels although smart TV but no stable internet for it to work. Small pool cloudy. Really dissapointing after reading all reviews would not stop here again.

A peaceful, friendly place to relax, but still just a couple of minutes' walk from Pub Street's bars and restaurants. It's clean, comfortable, and the staff are lovely. It's absolutely perfect, you won’t find anywhere better in this price range. I was genuinely sad to leave. I wouldn't change anything. Be aware that the pool area is small and in the shade - I liked this but others might not. Also for awareness, I had hot water for every shower I took in the whole week I was there, you just have to wait a minute or two for it to heat up sometimes.

Tucked away in a quiet street. Very tranquil but so central.The hosts are so warm and welcoming and good information about the pleasant task of what to do and how to go about it, in Siem Reap.

Excellent hotel from all points of view: location, kindness and helpfulness of the staff, cleanliness. And lastly excellent price. An oasis of peace and tranquility right in the center. Highly recommended.
