I would come back in this place any time. The people were so friendly and helpful it was easy to feel at home. Good location, easy to get every where, the room was big and very clean (it looked new) and I liked the pool and the Breakfast.

location is perfect for tourists. there is a school right behind the hotel, which means EVERY morning, you will hear the students SING and SHOUT the national anthem at 7 AM ! That is a major issue if you need to sleep.

The location is okay. Lots of bike and scooter rentals nearby. We had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The room was extremely dirty. Mold in the bathroom, stains on the walls, dust bunnies everywhere. We got 5 sheets of toilet paper, soap dispensers were empty, we only got a used piece of core soap. The towels were dirty and the room service left us with only one towel after the first night. Fridge didn't work. The staff was unfriendly and played a game of "there is no problem". When they promised something they didn't do it and claimed to not remember their promise. The included breakfast is a joke.

Allowed us to stay late checkout on our final day free of charge. On arrival the room we had booked and paid cof on booking was not avaialble so we were placed in another room. We were told we could mpve the 2nd day, but then on the 2ns day were told couls move on the 3rd day but no point by then as only staying 3 nights. Room had broken door lock. We could not lock it and each timr we went out had to get staff to come with tools to fix the lock. Room windows had no curtains so unable to sleep during lighter hours. Balcony had no chair or table as stated for our booked room. Room had no hairdryer as stated on booking.com Male staff receptionist was very rude to my Cambodian friend in Cambodian language (but was fine with me in English). Plastic bathroom door was quite transparent so you could see people on the toilet.

Location was awesome, in the middle of everything, close to shops, restorants, Pub Street. Breakfast was edible, various choises. Pool area was very small and sun was hardly shining there.
