The room was spacious, with a nice balcony. If you go here, avoid contracting any other severely overpriced services that are half price around the corner. The experience started on a questionable note at check-in. After taking my passport, the receptionist asked me to sit down while presenting several additional services that I had not requested. After a long journey and carrying my backpack, I simply listened and waited for the process to finish. I had booked the room for two people, with myself as the main guest. When my partner arrived, she approached the reception desk to present her ID. Before even looking at the document, the receptionist immediately stated that we had to pay an additional USD 7 for an extra guest. I explained that the reservation was already for two people. His response was: "This is not your girlfriend." I found this highly inappropriate and unprofessional, as determining the nature of guests' relationships is not the role of hotel staff. The next day I raised the issue with the manager. The outcome was a partial apology, and reception then asked me to provide a photo of my partner's ID, despite the fact that she had already left. I declined, as I do not send someone else's personal identification documents through messaging applications. I explained that she could present her ID again if she returned to the hotel and that I was surprised that now the priority has shifted from taking 7$ and not paying attention to the ID she was showing, to the need to collect (now) the actual ID I also used the hotel's laundry service. I was initially told the price would be USD 3 with a 24-hour turnaround or USD 6 for 12 hours. Since I was not in a hurry, I chose the USD 3 option. Even though I was about to pay, he told me I will pay later (later I would know why). I realized afterwards that there is a laundry service just around the corner that provides the servive at half price. The surprise came when later that afternoon, the reception staff member (the woman that checked me in) requested me to sign the invoice, being the amount now increased to USD 4.50.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. When I returned, the staff welcomed me warmly. They also made my room up with lotus petals and a welcome message, which was so sweet! Chen, Oudom, Sry Orn, and Toy March have all been so kind and helpful to me. The location of the hotel is ideal and central to enjoy Siem Reap.

The property is beautiful and conveniently located walking distance from restaurants, market streets, nightlife and more. The rooms are lovely, very spacious and plenty of seating so you’re not sitting on the bed all the time and the balcony is beautiful. The entire staff and manager are very friendly and welcoming!! They get a 10/10 for how amazing they are!! Right when we arrived they greeted us warmly, sat us down to get checked in, brought tea & a snack and cool towels while explaining check-in and all the amenities and surrounding area to us. We received a warm welcome message from Mr. Chen the front office manager and the desk staff helped us arrange our temple tours and gave us great restaurant recommendations. Wonderful team working here!!! The club nearby…it is so loud. The staff warned us, but it is very loud. They start the music around 7pm and goes until ~4am depending on what’s happening there. It made waking up for a 5am temple tour really difficult haha. There is a primary school next to the hotel as well and I saw reviews mention that often. However, we couldn’t hear the children from our room really, very faint compared to the constant rhythmic boom from the club. There was not a tv in our room which we found odd since the description says a tv is provided. We were only here for 5 nights and didn’t plan to be watching tv much, but it would have helped us focus on something other than the music all night long.

I loved my stay here so I ended up extending for a few more days. This hotel has the best staff any guest could wish for. They are so kind, welcoming, always smiling and happy. They are always there to assist you with anything. The hotel has everything you need with a comfortable bed and very clean and even free bicycles you can take out. I had an amazing two weeks here and would highly recommend staying here

It is a very charming place, if I'm back in the area, I would definitely stay here again. I liked everything about my stay.

On the next block was a very loud band that played late into the night.
-
School is right next to the hotel, so expect to be woke up early in the morning because they are singing national anthem, very loud bell is ringing, etc.

Room was spacious, clean, comfortable. Desk was a bonus for work. Firm bed, good for back. Big balcony. Nice having smart tv with Netflix for chilling out. Unfortunately the King room was on the 4th floor and tested my old knees out a bit. The lighting was generally dull in the hotel and made it difficult negotiating many dimly lit stairs. The lighting in the room was not adequate, especially over the desk areas for working at night.

A bit of noise from the nearby school.

Very calm and peaceful evenings. Nice ambiance. Staff was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. Bottled water was available 24/7. Close, couple minutes walk to the markets/nightlife but tucked away in a quiet side street. About 7km from Angkor Wat so easy enough with a bike or tuk-tuks. Easy scooter rental through the hotel as well. Great little restaurant (name: Angkor Hand- Pulled Noodles and Dumplings) about 50 meters from the entrance. 5 min walk to 7-Eleven. 5 min walk to Riverside/street food, old market, etc.

Great location and relaxing vibe. Comfy bed and spacious room. The staff is absolutely amazing. They make you feel so welcome and always make sure you have everything you need. Big shoutout to Hap The toilet was a bit dark, could use more light (or a mirror outside it)

The room was great: clean, comfortable beds, daily cleaning if wanted, water, coffee/tea, nice balcony for coffee/hang clothes, fridge/kettle, working hot water, AC and fan, and great location off of main strips but very close (max 5 min) to main areas, pub street, river markets etc. BUT the highlight of my stay (which I kept extending) were the lovely, friendly, helpful team of staff. Always warm greetings and nice chats, make you feel comfy with welcome drink and greeting upon return from day trips. Can’t say enough great things about all these guys. Also arranged tuktuk for a sunrise tour of Angkor, and bicycle rental whenever needed. I love orange so the decor was fantastic for me. Day use of pool next door if pool required for your time in Siem Reap. Reasonably priced. No complaints whatsoever
