Golden Temple Villa

The room was large, clean and bed was comfortable. The staff was very nice and accomodating. I asked for cooking class and despite I was only one the Chef and other staff put their time into just for me.

All of the staff were very friendly and polite. They were also very helpful. One morning, they even packed me a delicious breakfast to take on my visit to the temples. The on-site restaurant and servers were also great. A shout out to Justin at the front desk for exceptional service! He has a very promising future in hospitality services. I had a wonderful massage in the Golden Temple Villa spa...it was superb! My room was impecable, worthy of a five star rating. Beautifully appointed and everything worked perfectly. The bathroom was stunning! All-in-all, this was one of the nicest boutique hotels I have ever stayed in I wish my visit had been longer.

Loved this beautiful and tranquil hotel. The staff, and I mean every single staff member, was kind, sweet, helpful and lovely. The pool was a welcome respite on the hot days. Very comfortable beds and bedding. We had one lunch and dinner in their dining room and the food was delicious. Good location, walkable to many restaurants and coffee shops. Not a thing.

We loved everything about Golden Temple Villa. The staff was so lovely and helpful. The morning breakfast was delightful and our room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is tucked back on a road a bit away from the hustle and bustle and was very quiet, we got great rest here and would absolutely stay again. Great value for the money. Everything was great.

People who work there are kind, helpful and caring. The location makes it a quiet place, yet close to all kinds of shops, restaurants and near the road easily accessible by all kinds of transport. We used the complimentary lunch, which was very nice and fancy. We also used a 15$ coupon for the massage and it was an amazing experience. The internet connection in the room was less stable than outside, which was difficult since I had to work.

Not really a big deal, especially in the South-East Asian heat, but the shower did not always get hot.

I liked everything! The staff were so nice and helpful for all our needs. The location of the hotel is near to many restaurants, atms, massage places, and bars. The amenities of the hotel were so nice, especially the pool. There are many options for the breakfast, we had a breakfast buffet and on a weekday, there was a set menu but it was all delicious. There is no elevator in the place but their staff helped us in the best way they can. The room was big for two persons, everything we could need is there and there’s also a smart tv which is a plus! The only thing i didnt like was that the pressure of the bidet was too strong. But everything was topnotch!

- very friendly and welcoming staff - the rich breakfast buffet - the voucher for a tasty free included Khmer set lunch in the restaurant - the drinking water that was provided every day in glass bottles, not in plastic bottles - you get a discount card for discounts in other venues (restaurants/bars) owned by the same group in town - there is a laundry service right at the hotel entrance (1 USD / kg), very convenient! - the best spa in Southeast Asia, "Angkor Silk Spa", is just a short walk away, I had the best massages there on my trip through Thailand, Laos and Vietnam! - My favourite eating place for local Khmer food at very affordable prices, "Khmer Taste Restaurant", open up until late, was also in walking distance from the hotel offered tourist services are rather on the expensive side, I hired a motor riksha driver myself in town and had a super time exploring Angkor Wat during sunrise and sunset with my driver who was making sure I was seeing all the temples and enjoyed my visit fullest. Insider tip: after 17h30 until 19h you can visit the archeological park for free without ticket and both the sunset (2,5 hrs) and the sunrise tour (7hrs) with my motor riksha driver waiting for me wherever I wanted him to stop and wait for me cost me USD 30 altogether - a bargain and a very nice experience.

Temple is a group with hotels, restaurants and bars. Being a guest here, we could enjoy discounts within the same group (I think). The moment that I arrived, a welcome drink was served which was really refreshing for the heat. Prior to the arrival, I raised the request of having an additional bed and the management made the arrangement without extra charge. The room was super spacious even after the second bed took up quite some space. Shower, washroom and basin are all separated which makes sense to me. Decent size of swimming pool. Some days if we returned from the tours early, a dip in the water really helped cool down. Great location: 15 min walking distance to the pub street and surrounded by eateries, bars and cafes. Worth mentioning that the staff could help change currencies. The team was super friendly and helpful. Over all, we couldn't have a better stay! Literally nothing!

Good location, short walk to town and an absolutely delightful hotel. Staff were all lovely and we couldn’t have been more pleased with everything about the place. Thoroughly recommended.
