Location was good, was very cheap and the staff was friendly. There were a few cockroaches in the bathroom, but I guess for this price it's normal.

We had a wonderful stay at The Blanc Hotel, Siem Reap from the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive, making me feel at home. The hotel’s location was perfect close to pubs tree and nigh market area - conveniently situated close to local attractions. I also enjoyed the on-site facilities, nice and lovely restaurant, I would like to recommend tourism to visit siem reap Cambodia the best place at The Blanc Residence and We will come back to stay here again soon.

Room is more comfy with cold and hot shower, Staff warm welcomed, location closed to town. Pool is tiny and more relaxing.

There was ample staff any time I passed through the common areas. 24 hour security guards are posted in front to help you in and out of your vehicle. Everyone always smiled and greeted me kindly. Plenty of hot water to shower. Absolutely everything you could possibly need as a tourist is within a few minutes walk including Italian House by Gio, my new favorite spot! I was even able to get a straight razor shave! I'm really not sure what could have been better. I have stayed in Cambodia quite a few times and this was honestly among my best stays ever. The neighborhood is in the prefect spot. Breakfast was good. The staff cleaned my room everyday. The safe worked as it should. The WIFI was plenty powerful for me to get some work done. During the trip I kept saying how nice it was to be there.

Good location. Quiet but short walk to the main road, pub street and the night market. A basic breakfast is included. Large pool to help cool off from the heat. There is a small shop across the street to have laundry done. Air con in the first room wasn't very strong but when we flagged it to the front desk, they were very responsive to help us switch to another room.

Loved our stay here. Room was big, breakfast was delicious, staff were very helpful in organising tours and to Angkor Archaeological Park (approx 17-20 USD for the day), our driver was fabulous and they packed a takeaway breakfast for you to take. Pool was also great to have! Nothing.

Nice, comfortable, bright, clean room for $22 usd per night. Staff provided good tuk tuk driver (Ask for Sombo) for 3 days to ruins and reliable taxi to airport Mosquitoes and cockroaches in room but you can get spray from desk and takes care of problem, completely. Pool is warm and not refreshing. Used one time in five days. Ashtray on smoking balcony was flat and wind blew ashes and sometimes cigarette everywhere. I paid for breakfast but not very good. Skipped breakfast on three days.

Great pool and very effective aircon. Really central location and also quiet at night! The safe didn’t work on the first night but they fixed it.

The Blanc Residence is a fantastic budget hotel. The staff go out of their way to help you. They organised reasonably priced trips and even provided breakfast boxes to take with us. The hotel is close to everywhere yet is situated in a quiet side street so we had no noise disturbance. The pool was so nice to come back to on a hot day. Overall, an excellent experience here. This is not a big issue but for some reason we had to ask at reception for a new toilet roll. It was happily provided but cleaners didn’t leave a spare.
