The hotel is reasonably priced for what you get This hotel is not nearly as nice as was the Khmer Mansion hotel for about the same price. The staff mopped the marble floors using excessive water with no indication and I fell on the stairs and broke ribs. There was no communication from management about my condition. This would have been a lawsuit in the States.

Loudspeaker at the mosque nearby was loud and prayers happened frequently during the early morning, day and evening. This was the only downside to this hotel.

A quiet property set back from the street. Lovely balcony, great water pressure and comfortable beds. We were in the king suite and it was exactly as shown.

Incredible value for money. Friendliest staff, huge and clean room with great decoration, ideal location, yummy breakfast, quiet at night, with all facilities you need for a good rest (pool, smart tv, bathtub). One of our best rooms in SE Asia!

The rooms are big and the beds are comfortable. The staff are very nice and friendly but need to be more strict with customers who don’t follow the rules. There were group of travelers who were very loud any time of the day and night and smoking. I’m grateful that I was moved to different room away from them but other guests were suffering. The location is little bit off not so pleasant to walk at night. Nothing scary but just not nice.

This was our second stay at this property. The staff are honestly amazing. Our room was clean and comfortable. and close to town. The pool is spotlessly clean and the grounds well maintained.

The room was so spacious and so was the bathroom! We only stayed overnight, but we are glad we chose this place. The staff were so kind and we enjoyed the food at the restaurant. I think it was great value for money. They also have options to extend your stay, by the hour. In our case, we opted to extend for 2 hours and only paid the corresponding fraction of the nightly rate. Thank you, night hotel team!

Really enjoyed my stay here. Close to everything, but quiet and far enough away from the parties. The room was beautiful and clean. Very large, bed was comfortable. The property is quiet and pleasant. Staff is very nice and helpful. Highly recommend. The room I had was as pictured.

A beautifully decorated five-star property with spacious, well-appointed rooms and excellent amenities. My complimentary upgrade to a large corner room featured a comfortable bed, generous bathroom and a work area. The courteous staff even accommodated a late check-out. Good located, this hidden gem offers exceptional value. Although many staff members had limited English skills, they were extremely courteous. On the morning of check-out, I waited about 5–10 minutes for hot water in the shower but eventually had to bathe in regular-temperature water. Later, hot water became available at the sink. Aside from this minor issue, it was an excellent stay that I would highly recommend.

Staff, Breakfast were incredible. The pool is relaxing and the rooms are very spacious with comfortable beds. Shower has little privacy, if staying as a family.

It was lovely, the staff the food and the facilities. Big bed and big room which is comfy for 2 people . Very clean and nice swimming pool. The people there were so lovely.
