Beautiful property and facilities!

The staff were so warm and welcoming . Mr phryun in addition to all the staff were amazing. My husband was not feeling quite well and they were so kind and concerned about his well being Beds were a little hard

Located away from the noisy area but close enough to walk to amenities. The staff were very friendly and polite. Food was great. The air conditioner remote was removed from our room and the pool lights weren’t on every night. The room is looking a little weathered and it would be nice to have a lounge outside next to the pool. It would be nice to have a gym. The spa treatments were too expensive.

This place sets an exceptionally high standard. It is, without question, the kind of hotel that others should aspire to become. none

Beautiful hotel, with lovely landscaping and architecture. But it was really the warmth of the staff that made the difference! Tola, Sinat, Matata, Nang and the young trainee server were absolutely lovely, welcoming and helpful and a joy to see every day. We deeply appreciated the care and support we received. We were also very happy with the support and guidance provided at the tour desk, which planned fantastic activities with a wonderful guide for us. This is a boutique property, and the prices of food and beverages reflected this, but perhaps they went a bit overboard with the markup. The walls of the rooms are also not particularly thick, so we did hear happenings in the neighbouring rooms.

staff was OUTSTANDING, superb exceptional service
-
The room was impeccable, the cost is unbelievably cheap. Although we didn’t visit the main pool because of our personal pool, it looked welcoming. The staff is accommodating they will provide you with transportation to and from the airport as well as Local excursions. The food could be a little better. Very affordable, but a little higher than the norm. The lobby had a strange smell But there were great picture options of social media.

The grounds of the hotel are beautiful. My room was comfortable and spacious. I had a few meals at the restaurant and everything was fresh and delicious. As a vegetarian, they had many options. I was very content with my stay. Also the staff was very helpful. I had to check out after a few days due to prior commitments. I would have liked to stay longer.

Loved the location, ambiance, hotel staff, room, and even the hotel restaurant. The fish amok was amazing. I had a massage at the spa and it was absolutely wonderful. 10/10 stay. NA

We loved the room with private pool, happy hour 2 for 1, excellent spa and unlimited breakfast. drivers and tuk tuk operators always available. Very kind staff who left a small gift on the bed everyday. bed was a bit hard

A peaceful, romantic boutique hotel with caring, attentive staff. We loved our stay.

size of the rooms & the staff, who were brilliant, helpful and friendly. nothing, all good.

The hotel was very nice and the room was beautiful. The staff we're very friendly and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable and all of the amenities were quite nice. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again! We did have an issue at check-in related to the room we booked not matching the description of the room we received. But the manager on duty was very accommodating and provided us with a solution that met our needs. If you book this hotel, I suggest verifying your room before arrival. Mistakes happen, but it's how you make up for it that makes all the difference. They went above and beyond to make us happy, and we appreciated it very much!

Check in was great with welcome drink, towel. Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were the highlight, always friendly and attentive. Sinat in the restaurant was a star - always calling us by name and making us welcome every morning for breakfast. Bed could be a little softer - but this is personal preference.
-
Beautiful hotel, it feels like an oasis within the city - very intimate. The room we stayed in was gorgeous - clean, spacious and a great outdoor shower (and an indoor one too!). Staff was friendly and attentive, breakfast was good, pool area is very nice and relaxing (though it got packed quickly) It is not located in the downtown so just something to be mindful - it’s 15-20 walk from pub street. There is no gym so that was another downside.

The mattress is the cornerstone of any good hotel room, and unfortunately for a hotel of this price and calibre, the bed was rock hard. The suite also had a huge bath tub that was impossible to actually fill with hot water. Tried for a couple of hours, but the tap kept running cold. Pretty common problem in developing countries but it made the bath tub useless.

beautiful boutique style accommodation with all modern facilities. rooms with AC were large and modern toilets. restaurant food was lovely and a mix of Cambodian and Western food. we had limited time and organized our tour through agent at hotel. She listened to what we wanted and the price was as competitive if we did it ourselves. we didn’t want a 10 hour day of temples so split it over 2. that was perfect for us. happy hour has a nice selection of cocktails that you can enjoy by the pool. The staff here are so welcoming, professional and Friendly. it’s a short walk into the park, some markets and shops or a $3 Tuk Tuk ride. besides seeing the elephants conservation and the temples we should have allowed for a couple of rest days. they are big days of walking and heat and this place is just lovely to relax and recharge. we allowed 3 days and I would recommend 5 and enjoy Siem Reap and this resort a bit more.

Everything was perfect. The staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The menu was good and the food well executed but I would appreciate a little more variety for the breakfast.
