The staff was very nice and friendly, especially the front counter staff who gave us great recommendations and information about the city and where to eat etc. We really appreciated it. The breakfast was very nice and the staff again was extremely friendly and accommodating, and would actually go out of their way to offer us more food. Just fantastic service all around. The location is just slightly away from the main city centre but it's still very easily accessible via a short walk or tuk tuks. Apart from that, it's a great quiet location just next to a giant and overpriced supermarket, and the museum and raffles hotel is just opposite, which is why I booked the location so it's still not bad.

Breakfast - was excellent. Perfect googy eggs and presented very well. The chicken salad was also a favourite. The room was clean and tidy and spacious. The pool area was also a lovely area to relax after a big day out. The staff were the biggest highlight though. Beautiful, friendly people who made the stay feel so much better. They greeted you with cold face towels when you got back from your day trips which was an absolute highlight. I will stay there again when in Siem Reap. Everything was fantastic....and its a great location as the hotel is in a pick up zone. Very handy to have.

Stayed for 3 days from 28th Feb to 3rd March 2026 on a solo trip. Right from the time I booked the hotel, the staff were very responsive and helpful. Booked all my tours with the hotel, which went off very well. The hotel arranged for the car and the guide, all I had to do was show up! The hotel is 15 mins away from the main Angkor temple area and about 20 mins walking distance from Pub Street. With a supermarket next door, it has everything covered. Aside from the beauty of Siem Reap, the staff made my stay especially memorable - always smiling and helpful. Rooms are large, clean and spacious, with all amenities.

Everything was great - comfortable king sized bed, location just a $2-3 tuk tuk ride from Pub St ((20 min walk), fantastic food, lovely pool with chaise lounges, and above-and-beyond staff. NaNa checked me in and showed me to my room, and addressed me by my first name during my stay. She was so friendly and hospitable. My shower never got really hot, and the bathroom sink was slow draining.

The location is great, all the staff are cheerful snd welcoming. In particular, Monits, the receptionist, spoke very good English, was extremely helpful with information and I appreciated her guidance and recommendations. She arranged my Angkor Wat tour and ensured that I had the best experience. A little dated and could do with a make-over, but I was comfortable.

The room was fine - nothing special. But the staff and service exceeded my expectation - more like a 4 star resort. Welcome drink, being seated while they check me in, taking care of dinner reservations and tours. Everyone was always smiling, warm and welcoming, and took the time to know my name. Very rare for a hotel that is $60 a night! Great location close to Angkor Wat. Flourescent lighting in the room, limited mosquito control
