This was the most amazing experience and hotel stay. Every single person in the hotel was so welcoming and lovely. We loved the complementary offerings and were able to receive a spiritual blessing from a monk (highlight of the trip!) and a gin experience. We also loved the Apsara show and dinner. Raffles exceeded all expectations Loved it all

Raffles was an exceptionally beautiful place. I especially loved the exhibit of Buddhas in a central courtyard. There was a musty smell in the corridor leading to my room. I have reported it to the hotel and I am sure they are dealing with the situation.

Beautiful interiors and a nice atmosphere in the restaurants and bars. The attention for the guest is almost too much. Really nice and friendly staff. The rooms have doesn’t have enough closet space and no chest of drawers for clothes. Suitcases impeded even the room service carts.

Beautiful interior, beautiful gardens, grand pool, clean and generously roomy. Outstanding service in the reception including consierge, in the bar, the breakfast room. Elephant Bar is legendary, drinks excellent, service outstanding! I can’t think of anything!

Beautifully restored and maintained from the 1930s, and wonderfully operated by the Raffles team with impeccable service. They anticipated our needs, and went above and beyond. They also made an effort to know all our names, from the doormen to the waiters at breakfast. Nothing at all - had read reviews that the rooms are small, but it was good and reasonable for a historic property

A beautiful hotel with the service & facilities you would expect from Raffles. We loved the Elephant Bar cocktails & bar menu as it was more relaxed than formal dining. Nice area with plenty of restaurants & easy walk to pub street too.

Champagne breakfast was perfect! Eggs Benedict were the best we've ever had! The dinner show Saturday evening was so so... the performances were okay but the food wasn't anything special, plus the venue was a bit too warm. There were also some language barriers like at the dinner show when we thought the champagne was complimentary and it wasn't.

Lovely hotel in a great location to the temples. Also, away from the crazy crowded night life. The breakfast is divine- the pool is lovely and the service by the staff was fantastic. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in town. The price of the hotel is very high as are the food and drinks. We only had one dinner there and it was $108.00 US for a hamburger, chicken dish and 2 slings, also spring roll starter. This is really high for the area. The add VAT and service charge totaling 24%. You get what u pay for in accommodations I would eat elsewhere for a long stay. The breakfast is worth it if u plan to tour all day long!
