Staff and food was very good For Siem Reap, seemed a little over priced. I was given a room upgrade but the upgrade (jacuzzi outside) didn’t work…it was just a tub

The staff. I think this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in for hospitality. They go above and beyond. I stayed here last May and recently for the half marathon. Firstly, the communication before hand was timely, helpful and warm. I was making some requests regarding birthday celebrations for a friend and they arranged a cake and decorations etc. Then they upgraded my room to a large studio free of charge. They noticed it was almost my birthday on my passport and, as a surprise, made me a beautiful cake which they delivered to my door on the day and sang happy birthday. I realised afterwards they’d been noticing when I was back in the hotel after I saw the staff in the lobby. The pool area is lovely and staff were attentive here with my drinks. The breakfast was great too and you could always get food even after the cut off time. So much fresh choice and a nice place to sit. Everyone is always smiling and asking how you are and if they can help with anything. Just amazing, lovely people! Also so close to a mall, Starbucks, some shops and easy to walk to nice restaurants. Loads of taxis outside to take you to the temples (Angkor Wat). Great central location. Spa looks fab and had a great deal on, but I didn’t have time to try it unfortunately. Nothing. I do prefer the original room I had because it looks into the inner courtyard and pool which is a nicer view than the one I ended up with looking out onto the road. Gorgeous rooms though.

Second time staying here, very friendly. Nice to see that the quality is consistent. Nice large rooms, comfortable beds, large bathroom. Beautiful pool area. Very clean hotel opposite of a small mall with different food options and near the city centre. They could have a bit more choices for breakfast but the coffee and tea was good.

Such friendly staff, beautiful room with everything you need. Lovely pool area - very European feel. Central location ten mins drive to pub street and markets, plus lovely restaurants, Starbucks opposite, and 45 mins to Angkor wat. Nothing!

The value this resort offers is exceptional. All the staff was super attentive and the facilities and amenities were amazing. For the price, it was worth every penny. We were booked and busy visiting temples and the city, but if I were to visit again I'd make sure to spend more time relaxing in the hotel, because it was so nice and well kept. Recommended 10/10

Everything the staff were fantastic, friendly and very helpful. Very quiet room that we had, was spacious and comfortable. Had a visit from a couple of monkeys on the roof near our room made a highlight of our stay! Nothing everything was great

The room key card was unavailable due to a technical malfunction; no compensation was offered for the resulting inconvenience. The service delivery fell significantly short of expectations for the price paid.

So tell us absolutely stunning and beautiful. The staff was exceptional. Food delicious. Facilities five stars. If you ever get a chance to stay here I highly highly recommend it location five stars. Think of anything about this because that I don't like it's amazing

The location of the hotel was very good. The staff working at the hotel provided great service and were very friendly. The food at the hotel was reasonably priced and good. I can say that we never preferred to eat outside the hotel. The hotel rooms were a bit old but clean, comfortable and cozy. The hotel balconies need to have awnings to block the sun.
