The staff were really nice and friendly. The lady and man who checked me in was super accomodative of my requests. There was no wifi signal in my room. I was given a contact number for whatsapp inquiries but when i reached out there was no answer. I mentioned while making a booking that i was there for my birthday. They instead sent me a birthday wish on my booking.com. I expected a small gesture from the hotel or share with me your brochure for paid set ups if you got any.

The bathroom. The shower need a shower curtain so the water doesn't flow everywhere. There should be sign if you gonna surcharge for bottle in the breakfast room. Only got one tea bag should have 2 since 2 person stay there.

Nice hotel in a great location, just around the corner from a lovely strip of the river with lots of small restaurants. The building is beautiful and the pool area very nice. We enjoyed burger by the pool for lunch one day which were surprisingly tasty. Staff were very welcoming and it was easy to get in and out of the old town / pub street area by tuktuk The room we had had a very strange setup in the bathroom, that the drain is nowhere near the shower. The bed was actually two twin beds pushed together which we hadn't expected. The pool could benefit from some maintenance, a could of tiles were loose / broken and they could definitely do with a bit of a clean

The lady who handled everything, Mau, was incredible. The staff was very efficient and calm. The facility was beautiful. I ended up spending most of the time at the facility because it was so relaxing. I would write by the pool and go swimming when I wanted. I also enjoyed the restaurant and they even had free breakfast.

The staff were so accommodating and gracious. They really went the extra mile to assist us. The location was wonderful, and the breakfast was phenomenal. If you stay here, ask for the Tuk Tuk driver, Mr. Nee, to take you to Angkor Wat or surrounding areas. He is top notch! We loved everything about it
