Very good

The property is old but well maintained. The staff allowed us early check in which is appreciated. We kept our luggage until late and use the shower facilities.

Lovely spacious family room. Moto remorque tuk tuks just outside and best way to get to all the temples. Great vegetarian restaurant around the corner across the canal. All worked out well Maybe put a mirror in the room

I don't think there is any hot water, there is lukewarm water. The air conditioner hangs directly above the bed and has one operating mode - maximum cooling. Complaints about air conditioning and poorly draining water were ignored. Very poor breakfast.

Friendly staff but a little difficult to communicate with in english. We could rent a scooter that the hotel organized which was very convenient. Room was clean and breakfast is good. The part of the window in the room that isn’t glass should be covered with a mosquito net, now all insects can come in

The option of having a full apartment with 2 rooms available. Several things. Although I booked one night in advance, room was not ready when I arrived the next day. I was first put in a single room but had to show my reservation so that the owner shifts me room. Took the breakfast option but couldn't benefit from it (only serving after 7, and I had plans before everytime). Room was smelly, kitchen dirty, amenities in bathroom missing/empty. No/low english speaking, making simple questions difficult.

A bit dated.

Special mention to Mr. Choy for providing us quality customer service. Breakfast. Breakfast should be on time. Other than that, everything's perfect.

It's in a pretty quiet area. They have a pool table. Lost a game to a local kid and had to buy him ice cream haha! The rooms are also connected to communal kitchen and dining areas. The room didn't have a kettle so I had to borrow one from the lobby. TV not working since the cable line was cut when the new sidewalk was being built. There was also a loud noise at night that sounded like someone was trying to get into the room at 1 am. I'm just gonna assume someone was drunk and trying to find their room...

Our room was very comfortable. The staff were so happy, friendly and helpful. Mr Joy went out of his way for us organising a sunset trip, a day visiting the Angkor temples, an evening at Phare circus and our onward transfer. The pool was great to use and was very clean.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The owner was incredibly helpful and made sure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. The facilities in my room were top-notch and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The value for money was excellent and I felt that I received much more than what I paid for. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. It's little bit away from the pub street like around 2 km.

Very close to Angkor Wat, good location. Mr Joy is the good soul of the hotel, he helps you to have a pleasant stay, books tickets, has advices and even drives you around with the tuktuk.
