The Community is an outstanding hotel that looks and feels like a five-star boutique property. The rooms are spacious, well equipped, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. It's just a few minutes by tuk-tuk from the Angkor Archaeological Park, making it an excellent base for exploring the temples. The hotel itself is immaculate and beautifully decorated. What truly sets it apart, however, is its staff. Everyone is exceptionally friendly, attentive, and highly professional. They go above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome, with genuine warmth, outstanding hospitality, and remarkable attention to detail. I'd especially like to thank Loma, Sophia, and Bun, who went out of their way to make my stay in Siem Reap truly memorable. Their kindness and dedication made all the difference.

Everyone was so nice and incredibly helpful! The food was delicious, and I LOVED the back garden for breakfast/afternoon tea/dinner!

I arrived very early, around 5:00 AM, just planning to leave my luggage before check-in. To my surprise, the staff welcomed me with a refreshing fruit tea, showed me where the shower facilities were so I could freshen up, and even introduced me to their spacious co-working area where I could relax and get some work done. The workspace was bright, airy, and incredibly comfortable. I even took a nap there. Since my bus back to Phnom Penh wasn't until 11:00 PM, I was also able to spend some time in the workspace after checking out, which made the long wait so much more comfortable. The location is also great. It's not right in the city center, but it's an easy and pleasant walk. The road is wide, and you pass by the Angkor National Museum and a beautiful park, so the walk itself is enjoyable. I booked a rate that included breakfast, and I'm glad I did. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, including fresh fruit, coffee, and tea. The hotel itself has so much character. There's a beautiful gallery with paintings and interesting artifacts, and the whole property has a charming vintage feel surrounded by lots of greenery, making it peaceful and relaxing. The hotel also has two swimming pools: a ground-floor pool surrounded by lush greenery, and a rooftop pool where you can enjoy a relaxing swim with a nice view from above. One of my favorite surprises was the complimentary afternoon tea served every day at 3:30 PM. They offer natural herbal teas, fresh fruit, homemade cakes, and snacks; all delicious and a lovely touch after a day of exploring. Most importantly, every staff member I met was cheerful, genuinely friendly, and incredibly helpful. Their hospitality made my stay even more memorable. nothing at all

My friend and I had a wonderful stay. Everything about the place was warm and welcoming. The hospitality shown by all staff members was heartening. A special shoutout to Jessi, Grace, and Anita. They made us feel like we were in our own homes. The food was amazing, with a variety of vegetarian options. The afternoon tea time was a delightful surprise! We look forward to visiting again!

Away from the busier part of Siem Reap and closer to Angkor Wat, the Community is a great choice for those looking for a quiet, yet bright and cheery location. Greeted by all of the staff by name (Anita is a star), with a cool pool rooftop, was definitely one of our more enjoyable experiences. The restaurants nearby all seemed more foreign geared and not the tastiest. Though the Community did recommend a great barbecue restaurant (roast chicken can take an hour) and highly recommended, good outdoor atmosphere.

Super friendly staff, great travel plan, very nice Tuk-tuk drivers When the driver picked up me at the airport, he was responding to his phone and driving.
-
There was construction noise in room particularly during the day which was very loud. I also found the staff was a bit overbearing at times.
-
The hotel is so quaint, cute, and a vibe. The staff is very helpful, attentive, and great at making sure you are enjoying your time there. Nothing

There were never quite enough lounge chairs by the pool downstairs, which is fine because it's quite small, and the upstairs pool has limited shade. Both were good small pools, though.

I think the entire experience was great. The staff, the location and the property exceeded exception, It is truly a community. They do follow the tenets of being a great place which truly cares for the visitors. The Owner herself reaches out to greet and follow up, special mention to Anita and Jessi along with the rest of the staff who takes care of everyone and personally makes a warm and memorable stay. The location is so close to the complex is also an added bonus. None

I loved everything

What a lovely and comfortable place. The staff is exceptional and the facilities fabulous. Really great food and mazing drinks. Breakfast is order off the menu, and it is exceptional. Ate dinner there a couple of times and had the best steak dinner I had anywhere and the prices are great, as is the atmosphere. The hotel has 2 pools, an amazing gallery of local art, and the rooms are large and well done. All staff were so truly wonderful and helpful. Booking another stay as I write this. Everything was perfect.

Beautiful and spacious room, staff was incredible and the food very good

Beautiful hotel ! Wish the pool were always on instead of being turned on/off only when guests want to go to the pool, it’s a bit awkward. The pool lounge chair cushions were stained and dirty. However, the staff made up for everything. They were allllll so kind and hospitable and friendly. The bathroom smells

The facility and staff were amazing! It is a bit far from the main walking area (River/Night Market).
-
Amazing amazing staff who go above and beyond to make your stay feel special and your stay seamless. They have amazing recommendations for tours, things to do, places to eat and are always ready to help. An incredibly positive experience.

The bed felt like just a box spring so it wasn't the most comfortable.

Easily the best hotel I've been to. The staff is super kind and every time we asked for help with something they were "yes and", they always went the extra step to help. This might be my first 10 review and they deserve every bit of it. Disclaimer, we did receive a room upgrade upon arrival which was nice, but it doesn't change how I feel about the hotel in general. But the room was very nice, quiet, roomy, and nice wifi. I really have 0 complaints
