Beautiful property with very clean rooms and a wonderful staff. Everything was perfect. Very close to everything and tuk tuks on hand to take you wherever you need to go for a very reasonable price. One of the best hotels I stayed in during my whole trip to SE Asia. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again. Nothing, all was fantastic.

Without questioning the best and nicest hotel that we’ve stayed in all around the world. Service was outstanding, the facility was clean all around, breakfast was delicious, and to top it all off there were two pools to relax in! Everything was wonderful!

The location was great, especially the staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. They provided service immediately. Sophia, Anita, Jessie, Regina were all very hospitable. Highly recommend!

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in our 3-month visit to Southeast Asia! From the staff to the room to the food and pool, it exceeded our expectations. Did I mention the staff? They are the most polite and happy and considerate group of people...I felt like I was a movie star lol. The cleanliness of the facilities and room was exceptional. The food quality and portions were way above hotel grade and the outside area for lunch and dinner was beautiful and had plenty of trees and plants. They have tuk-tuk drivers waiting to take you anywhere you want to go and already have tours planned that you can choose from. I was concerned about the distance from the downtown area but it is not as far as I thought and the tuk-tuk drivers are waiting right outside to take you for only $1. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning on visiting Siem Reap! The pillows were a little too thick for me but were perfect for my boyfriend and the bed was very comfortable.

It was just wow! The community really exceeded my expectations. The staff was excellent! Amazing service especially by Ms Graze and Anita. Beautiful people who would love to help you at any time! It would be better if the bath had little more space and the lobby air conditioned. Again- this is just a feedback. Everything was excellent!

You need to take the tuk-tuk to the city center, which is convenient but still dampen your willingness to going out and exploring the city.

This was an absolutely gorgeous hotel, so quaint, with pretty artwork and decorations everywhere. Central location, and the hotel offers a tuktuk to the old town for only $1. They also provide a free afternoon tea for you to sample Cambodian snacks, tea, and fruits. Perhaps the best thing about this place however, were how welcoming the staff were. I’ve travelled to many places but this hotel really stands out- I felt like I was in a 5 star establishment at all times. Staff really went the extra mile, remembering your names, asking how your day went, and giving recommendations. We were assisted by Regina throughout our stay, and she was soso lovely. Nothing

The room I stayed in was not amazing in that it was a bit dark and right next to the reception. However, I booked the cheapest room and it was great value, so I'm mentioning this just so people know that you might want to consider going for one of the higher room types. It was not a bad room, however, just a wee bit noisy.

The bed in our room was uncomfortable (far too hard for me). We had no tv in our room. Most of the furniture was uneven(wobbled on the floor). The WIFI was weak in our room.

This place is an incredible gem in the heart of Siem Reap, complete with friendly and helpful staff, coordinated access to the main sites, tuk-tuks to downtown, and in-room massage service. WOW! There is too much to list. We really apprecaited the help from the desk staff (Regina was great!) and our tour guide, Leapheng, was excellent. The tea service daily was a treat. The pools were relaxing and enjoyable. The massages were excellent. The meals were well priced and excellent. The room was a good size and beds were comfortable. Highly recommend. Nothing!
