Do Not Book Fake pictures from twenty years ago. The daytime reception does her best. THE OWNER to be held accountable for negligence and misrepresentation in deception of fraudulent accommodation. Terrible you can hear everything its uncomfortable and impossible to sleep. No mattress, No restaurant, No television, dirty room,.

You receive a great welcome at Naga Angkor, there is always someone available for every need. The rooms are clean but unfortunately absolutely not soundproof, it is like staying in the same room with the neighbors! Small and basic bathroom. For the quality/price ratio it is still top!! I strongly recommend you book the temples of Angkor Wat, I did the half-day visit and it was a wonderful experience, in Naga Angkor can help you to book it

There is no breakfast. The location is near to Pub street; however, the room facilities are just bad. It's like the owner just giving up on renovation and making improvement. There is nothing remarkable about it. The facilities are bad. Very old and very dirty. It's like an abandon house. You don't even have a water heater for coffee in the room. Bathroom is equally tiny and bad.

Pleasant staff that can book tours etc for you. Different class in rooms, some really nice like a studio apartment, others are more basic. But all have hot water and AC. For my money you pay I think it's a good deal and a good location.

Location Woman at the counter bent my friend’s passport by alot that we had to give at the start of the stay, when confronted the lady was angry about it and started shouting profanities at my friend, i would steer clear of this place.

I did not like any things at this hotel. The bed is so bad, aircon not work, bathroom not clean and shower head not work and the no work for showers. The hotel is very old.

The location is good. Its at the Cross roads of the main road that leads directly to angkor wat. There are many shops ATMs, petrol station, supermarkets and transports at close proximity One of my worst experiences staying at a hotel, ever! Seriously, i would not stay again here even for free. The ONLY reason i didn't change hotel immediately was, because i was at seam rep only for 2 days with packed schedule so didn't want to disturb the plan. The pictures are obviously made up, as the place is totally non functional and looks more like a deserted ruin than a living hotel. The furniture in the rooms are creating n falling apart whatever you touch. The TV doesn't work. There are NO toiletry, toilet tissue or daily change of bedsheets or daily room cleaning at this hotel. The bathroom leaked and i want sure it it was the toilet or wash basin, no it was pretty disgusting! I booked this with booking.com that included daily breakfast, but i was told that they have discontinued the breakfast service loooong ago, as if its my fault that i booked breakfast. However they refused to provide breakfast or reduce the room rate. On the other points (like non working TV, toiletries etc) when i enquired, the lady at reception simply acted fool, or as if she doesn't understand English and went on repeated me - "oh sir, no toiletry!", "oh sir, no TV!", as if that's the norm at this place. And when i asked to talk to the owner, she refused to provide any details of the owner, or even to call him up! So, beware! Don't repeat my mistake!
