This is a very elegant property. The art and design all pays homage to Siem Reap. The room sizes are generous. The primary pool is outstanding. And the staff’s attention to patrons is top tier. Hospitality often sought but rarely delivered. They truly anticipate needs. From Marilyn in reception, Hoth the pool attendant, and Chantra at the bar…staff recognized us and always went out of their way. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. It is a boutique hotel so it doesn’t have all the amenities of a larger Hyatt.

Amazing breakfast with both buffet and a la carte. Great activity for the kids during breakfast (flower folding, painting, elephant clay carving). 2 pools - regular and salted water. Very quiet and peaceful - would recommend again. Nothing - everything was great.

The breakfast was amazing! I loved all of the complementary offerings like the lotus folding, basket weaving and pottery. The evening Apsara was wonderful! The only recommendation I have is that the pool was FREEZING making it unusable despite it being very warm outside. It was also disappointing that there was no hot tub.

Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choices and the complementary back massage was a bonus along with fresh coconut water. The entrance and lobby area seemed a little small and often crowded.

Great hotel, excellent service, heartwarming staff, impeccable service, very attentive. The food was amazing, breakfast was a whole experience with coconuts, morning massage, artisans, lotus flowers and local food. The night show was an unexpected extra. Amazing hotel.

It was much more than a Hyatt… it was like a boutique hotel and the property was always immaculate! There was not one thing we did not like!

Beautiful, tranquil hotel in Siem Reap, close to a lot of bars and restaurants and more importantly close to the temples. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and will hopefully be back one day

If you’re looking for some higher-end accommodation in Siem Reap, you can’t go wrong with this hotel. It was first class all round and a lovely place to come back to after a hot day out round the temples.
