I just finished a two night stay at Summer Bliss Boutique in Siem Reap and loved it! Super close to Pub Street – just a 4-minute walk – so easy to get food, drinks, and night market vibes. The room was clean, comfy bed, good air-con, and the rain shower was awesome after a hot day at the temples. Staff were really friendly and helpful – helped with tuk-tuk bookings and tips. Breakfast was simple but tasty. Quiet spot but right in the action. Great value and felt relaxing. Would definitely come back! Highly recommend! ? It met all my needs

Spacious room and clean when arriving. Staff was super nice. Wasn't cleaned during my stay but I never asked. Im sure if u asked they would clean, they're super nice

The TV did not work at all, when I asked the staff they said it usually doesn't work and other guests didn't ask for it. The sink clogged and took a while to drain. The roof top view was blocked by a fence so you couldn't really see any view of the city below.

Read previous review/s for a more accurate description of my stay. Just to clarify, the construction that is/was going on at the time is not part of their business. The construction is related to their neighbour. Go pay less money elsewhere and get a better night's sleep. Regarding my reservation, I booked 3 nights online and I booked 1 extra night verbally. They mentioned that they could not amend the online bookings, however, they mentioned that they could find a solution for my verbal reservation which consisted of one night. That resolution was a refund of 50 cents which then increased to $2 - keep the change and go buy yourself an ice cream. I sincerely believe that the staff here needs better training instead of saving face.

The location is perfect and the staff are kind despite the miscommunications and lack of efficiency. The room is spacious and has a kettle for tea and coffee. At the time of writing there was construction going on at the back of the hotel that the staff were aware of. Despite this, the staff were still checking people in, including myself, to the rooms where there was construction going on outside. The construction starts at about 7 am until the late afternoon. There was also problems with the drainage as water would not go down the basin or in the shower. Regarding the construction, I tried to reason with the staff that this wasn't very nice and that they should find some sort of solution . Maybe request not to be put at the very back of the building if possible. They did change the room for me after two nights and that room also had plumbing issues. Their solution was to always use a plunger even though there was a more serious issue at hand. In the end they offered me a 50 cent discount which then increased to $2 - keep the change and go buy yourself an ice cream.

- great location, right next to the party streets; - staff personnel is great, polite and attentive; - very high ceilings, the room feels spacious; - very big balcony on the same level and a terrace right above the room that can only be accessed from inside your room (personal roof terrace, surrounded with bamboo hedge); - friendly cats and a dog (We've read some reviews with complaints about the dog barking but we literally only heard it bark one time for 3 seconds throughout our whole stay); - it gets very bright in the room as the sun comes up (good for early risers, I always woke up before the alarm for my morning run) - Beware, if you too don't drink or party until late, it might get annoying. It's at a party street, so it gets loud at night. Fridays and Saturdays are very loud deep into the night; - gets sunny bright in the room very early (if you like to sleep in); Overall it was a good experience but here are some things that could be improved: - should replace the entrance door to the room; - the overhead fan wasn't working, so we used AC at night; - sink and shower drain need urgent unclogging; - some spider clean up is in order (harmless ones, high ceilings make it complicated I suppose);

rooms are big,have space for living and balcony is the best. stairs are a bit high but still ok

Excellent Location and staffs were very accommodating and helpful. Was offered a free upgrade to the largest room type with the private stairs to balcony. There are flyers at the reception where you can grab flyers for tours. Motorbike rental can be booked too. Quite a few cricket slipped through and made their way in. To the second night, saw 3/4 crickets dead and being eaten by ants. Bit noisy since the hotel is located on the main road. It was towards the end of my Cambodia trip and I wanted more a comfy stay so I checked out 1 night earlier to stay at else where.

The hotel is super hidden and it was hard to find on map or the entrance of it

The room was spacious, the staff were very helpful and friendly, free water every day, good location. They didn’t tell us about the free water until after we asked maybe 2 days into the stay.

The hotel is near everything - just a minute or more to restaurants, cafes, shops and the night market and famous pub street. I also walked 15 minutes more or less to the Angkor National Museum, Made in Cambodia market and the nearby attractions. The room interior is charming, nice and spacious. Comfortable enough for my 5 nights stay in Siem Reap. The staff are all lovely ladies were very friendly and gave some good suggestions on where to eat and tour itineraries for the Angkor complex. I also enjoyed the pets-I saw 3 cats and a 4 month puppy and a new one arrived while I was there. So nice to have the pets welcome me home when I got back in the evenings or at night. I like dogs and cats so I didn’t mind having lots of them at my accommodation. My room on level 2 was situated on the side of the Main Street and can hear motorized vehicles and sometimes people shouting in the middle of the night - I wasn’t bothered while sleeping but for guests that don’t like too much noise then don’t take the room next to the street. The other rooms might be ok but not sure. They ran out of drinking bottled water for 2 days and only after 2 days did they give me water and made up for the 2 days without. Had to buy my water at the nearby convenience store. No elevator. Not a big issue for me as I am always keen to use the stairs. It was just a challenge to carry up my luggage to the 2nd level. Above were minor stuff for me. I would still be happy to come back and stay again in this hotel when I am in Siem Reap.
