Had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable — more than satisfactory for our stay. We are very happy we chose to stay here and would definitely recommend it to others. The place of the hotel was really nice near Center of Siem Reap and also Angkor Wat Park. The place was really confortable and clean and easily able to rest with nice swimming pool. The staff helped us to enjoy our trip with warm welcome and lot of Support for Activity and reservation (Taxi, Yuktuk ...) even before our arrival with a quick reply to us. Big thanks to the staff especially Chhanun and Viraek who really make our trip as good as possible None

The welcome was good, the hotel has a nice location and view, but there is a significant insect problem and a screen should be installed on the windows to prevent this.

The room was large, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a bathtub and shower curtain, which was nice in a culture that typically has wet bathrooms. The pool area was really nice! With the open area in the middle of the hotel, the sound traveled from the lobby all the way up to the 5th floor. I was there with my 7 grandchildren, and other guests were able to hear them coming and going.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was much larger than other hotels. The location was very convenient. The street noise was loud until midnight (our room was facing the main street). Breakfast was not that good.

The staff were extremely polite, pleasant and could not do enough ensure you enjoyed your stay. They helped arrange a couple of tours for us the were enjoyable. The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a good variety. They packed a to go breakfast when we started a tour one morning before the buffet opened. The hotel is a short walk to the night market and Pub Street. There is a supermarket in easy walking distance to the hotel. We would choose this hotel again if back in the area.

All the staff were genuinely very nice, helpful, and extremely professional! The property was well maintained and clean. The breakfast buffet was varied and having the option to have our eggs prepared as we wanted them was a nice touch. Pool area very pretty. We were on the back side of the property, not much of a view but probably quieter than those facing the street.

The hotel is centrally located. It is walking distance to a lot of places. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room and common area are spotless.

Felt very comfortable in this hotel! Like a home away from home. Proximity to great restaurants and the old city centre. Amazing staff and very clean property! We loved it so much, we already booked a second stay for 2026. Wished it had a bit more sun on the pool later in the day but not a deal breaker.

Wow! Amazing Hotel. One of the best we've stayed at in all our travels in SE Asia. The rooms are amazing, breakfast delicious, gorgeous pool, and perfect location. What makes the place extra magical though is the staff. Channun especially made our stay what it was. It was because of him that we felt so at home and always had recommendations of things to do and how to get around. He gave us insider tips and always greeted us with a smile. Seriously nothing.

Our room was comfortable and clean, the pool area was the perfect place to relax after a long, hot day and the food at the restaurant was lovely. The lovely staff especially Chang and Chhanon made our stay most memorable.

Every aspect from friendly welcoming staff to the lovely rooms and facilities! Best place we’ve stayed on this trip by far and will certainly be returning Food wasn’t brilliant but was still good value and cocktails were nice
