location was excellent and short walking distance to pub street!. nice boutique property and good sized rooms with comfortable beds. very pleasant staff. At checkout, we were asked that a cup and saucer was missing from the room. We told the reception staff that it had likely gone along with the room service dishes etc which we had ordered last night, but they insisted that they first need to cross check with restaurant staff. Unbelievable I thought! Whilst I understand the staff is doing their job but in the grand scheme of things, in a 5 star hotel it is rather insulting to the guest that they are being asked to wait till the missing tea cup is located before check out can be finalised!!. Who is going run away with a teacup ??!! A manager then found the errant cup and saucer and we were free to leave. This really spoilt our mood. Somebody in the management seriously needs to rethink this process.

Great comfortable hotel in the heart of the city. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The service was top notch. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room spacious and the bed very comfortable. The pool was a hit, perfect to take a dip in the hot weather. Breakfast and their food in the cafe was excellent. And the spa was wonderful. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommended.

The staff were extremely professional, attentive and very pleasant. Really enjoyed the pool. The gym was basic, but still had everything to have a good workout. While my room was beautiful, the bed was a little hard and there was more street noise than I was expecting.

The air conditioner had 2 settings. One was too hot, and the 2nd was ice cold. We keep having to switch between the two all night.

Breakfast was OK. Location was really good, lots of places to eat right outside the hotel. Walking distance to Pub St and Old Market area. Bed may be a little too firm for some. If I had to be picky, fitness room is a little small and is right next to the lobby which is a little weird.

Hotel staff is very friendly. Hotel location is good, near to restaurants and night market. I am looking for connecting rooms as I am traveling with my three kids, I have made the request during booking. But hotel don't have connecting rooms and never notify me.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very big swimming pool. Great size of the room. Close to Pub Street. We didn't use the SPA option as we were after accident but we are sure they are great as well. Good breakfast. The only issue was poor wifi in the room
