Excellent property liked classic style Restaurants not so great

Great location. Large suites. N/a

Kind and friendly staff. Very spacious room. Washing machine in the room was great and we used it everyday to wash sweaty clothes. Conveniently located for many restaurants and shops. It would be nice if they have an elevator..

Check in - we arrived 2 hours before checkin - they were able to check us in early to allow us to head off on an excursion! Food - Breakfast included - awesome variety and quantity on buffet with eggs made to order Room Room - 2 room suite with small kitchen (and most importantly a washing machine (you sweat through lots of clothes in Cambodia). A/C worked well ... very spacious rooms ... they had universal plugs which is helpful. Checkout - they let us extend for an extra hour to allow us to complete our excursion and then shower before heading to the airport. Location - centrally located about 10 minute walk from Pub Street (far enough to be quiet) and close enough to attend as desired. The night market was also about a 10 minute walk - great food and retail options (we bought some Cashmere scarves. There were also some local great restaurants within 2 blocks - one was Ty Plalla - so good we ate there 2 of 3 days Lunch & dinner on 2 separate days). Far exceeded expectations - hidden gem!

No lift, we where on 2nd floor

The accommodations were the largest I had anywhere in my limited experience in Asia. It was like having a nice apartment. Location worked well as starting point for Angkor Wat tours. The pool was nice and service wonderful. Breakfast was very nice and the staff were so helpful and friendly. No complaints.

Breakfast was very good and sumptious. The room was very comfortable and very spacious. Very well maintained. The vegetarian options in the restaurant were simply non-existant, barring for one or two items. You could provide for a few Indian Vegetarian dishes for lunch and dinner.
-
Breakfast was varied and generous.

This little gem was very well located near the action but far enough a way to be quiet. The staff was amazing. Our room on the third floor was very quiet, though on occasion, not having an elevator was unfortunate. But we knew that going in and we’re very satisfied. A fully amenities department will still be in a nice little hotel. Nothing

Great facilities

The staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful and enhanced our short stay in Siem Reap. The pool was a great place to relax in the afternoon to battle the heat of the day. The hotel has their own tuk-tuk and we engaged the driver to take us to three museums and he waited whilst we visited and then bought us back to the hotel. It was cheap and made to half day activities easy to see. No lifts was the only obvious thing we would have liked.

The place was clean. Great amenities including a washer and kitchen. Breakfast was good No elevators

We were upgraded to a very large 2 bedroom / 2 bath apartment which was really nice. Friendly & helpful staff. Nice pool with a pool side bar. Location was good and it was super easy to book a inexpensive Tuk-Tuk to Pub street or other in town attractions. It would have been about 12 min walk to Pub Street. In hotel restaurant was pretty good with prices very comparable to other restaurants. Included breakfast was very nice Beds were a too firm for our taste but we have found this to be the case throughout SE Asia

Hard mattress

Room was fabulous - huge size bedroom with a large family room as well. Smallish kitchen but more than needed for a short stay. Large bathroom as well and walking distance to good restaurants, markets and the main streets of Siem Reap. Wish we'd had more time to enjoy the pool area and sip a cocktail or two. Nothing - all fab!

The property was within walking distance to everything. The property was well maintained. Room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was plentiful. Pool area was lovely. Full size fridge in room. There was NOTHING to not like!

Great location and walkable to many of the places we wanted to go, though the tuktuk was always outside if we wanted to go further. The room was incredibly spacious, and it was convenient having laundry access in our room. The pool was great, very few people in it so it felt like we had our own pool oasis to ourselves, and was convenient having the shallower child pool for our daughter to play in. Loved having access to the food and drinks out there as well as my daughter didn't want to leave. The staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating, and it was really helpful being able to get an in-room massage as I didn't have childcare. The beds were a little firm for my liking, and the wifi wasn't great though that seemed to be fairly standard at all hotels in the area that we visited.

The staff were great! Very accommodating! Our room was huge, worked great for our group! Nice pool area! Breakfast was good too! Our bed was hard…but then staff put a mattress topper on and then it was just fine. Could have had another roll of toilet paper in the bathroom.

The staff was outstanding! Their service was topnotch. Whatever you seem to need, they were there to meet it. The hotel has that timeless, classic, French colonial look. Rooms are huge, and the beds are super comfortable. And you can not beat the location! Just a short walk to Pub Street and other activities. That we couldn't stay longer.
