Central location, good breakfasts, kind and helpful staff. The dorm room locks - it’s impossible to close the door silently, so whenever someone opens the door, especially at night, they have to close it with a loud noise, which wakes others up.

The staff are helpful and polite and the location is great, walkibg distance or a short tuk-tuk ride to most sights. The pool closes at 7 pm, which is too early. It is a beautiful venue by the way.

Just wow. In love with this hotel style hostel. So pretty. And amazing rooftop pool and restaurant. The food was decent and so cheap. Visal at reception was also super helpful and friendly. Helped me book my tour. I would definitely come back. The only bad thing was how far away the bathrooms are. But thats it.

At first, there were a few small things that were off in our room. We let the staff know and they fixed it right away. We honestly didn’t expect it to be repaired that fast. Every request we made was handled quickly and professionally. The team was attentive and responsive throughout our stay. Andre was especially great — very helpful and attentive. You can tell the hotel is run with care. The rooftop restaurant is beautiful, with charming lights that create a really nice atmosphere and a perfect spot to watch the sunset. Overall, we definitely recommend it. Any issue or request we had was solved quickly, and the staff was always attentive. It’s a great option if you’re looking for a central, clean, organized place with fast and reliable service. A very pleasant stay in Siem Reap. Just keep in mind that there is usually music playing until around 11 pm or midnight. For us, it wasn’t a big issue — we were staying on the third floor, right below the rooftop, so we could hear it, but if you have earplugs you are able to barely her it. If you’re sensitive to noise or a light sleeper, just take that into consideration.

I was really surprised with this hostel! It’s also a hotel so looks very fancy, the amenities are great, the rooftop is incredible with the bar-restaurant and the pool, super nice staff and got everything you need. I’d stay here again 100%!

Beautifully well designed hostel. Loved the rooftop. Beds were comfortable. Lockers big and spacious. Clean bathrooms. The two bunk room doesn’t feel small because of the high ceiling. Shared bathroom always hot and humid. Shower drains were clogged so water doesn’t drain properly. Bathroom lighting was dim. Bummer that the snooker table was broken so we couldn’t play.
