Great location. Helpful staff. Cheap laundry. Central location, clean hotel and room. Noisy air con in the room means you can't sleep too well as it's either very warm or noisy

It was quiet during the night. Attentive staff, was able to keep my lugagge after check out for a couple of hours. No elevator, not a big deal for me but for some people it makes a difference.

NICE OLD BUILDING WITH GRACIOUS STAFF

The stay is on an alley that is a 7-8 minute walk to Pub street. The only thing I will say is that if I was by myself as a solo female traveler I might not have felt entirely comfortable walking to and from pub street at night as the alley and street connecting to pub street is not very busy and kind of isolated. I was with family so it wasn’t a big deal but keep in mind if you are a solo female or come back before dark.

The hotel is down a dusty lane that can look a bit off putting. Once you arrive you are met with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is just a short walk from the centre of town. A bit more choice for breakfast. What they do provide is good.

The staff were really courteous and helpful. The room is clean and location is just simply awesome that it’s close to most of touristy places Some of the furnitures n fixtures look old.

Excellent Stay, Right from the onset of checking in the staff made me feel right at home I especially in particular cannot thank Cheata enough her level of customer service to ensure guests feel right at home & comfortable, very friendly & always happy & enthusiastic to help with anything you may require especially with booking tours.Cheata as well as all the staff had truly made my stay all the more memorable & special.My Room had absolutely you could need with all the comforta & more with Excellent location to pub street 3 min walk. I extended my stay so many more days more because I throughly loved the hotel & it's staff.Thank You to everyone & with no doubts I will be back booking my stay with Uncle Sam Villa. N/A

The breakfast did not have many choices, but it was very good value. The location was close to Pub Street, but very quiet. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. No problems.
