Nice service
-
Great size rooms lots of breakfast choices and amazing pool. Staff very helpful and friendly. There really wasn’t to much to dislike. Pool could have been a few degrees less but that’s personal choice.
-
Breakfast was pretty mediocre for compared to the quality of the hotel.
-
Great pool. Wonderful breakfast. Very nice bed The cable TV was out all weekend
-
Spa , workout room, More Vegan Food please
-
Right in the action Pretty garden/pool area attentive eager staff Some maintenance issues Flickering lights and power problems
-
The staff was very friendly and professional. The bed was too hard. The cold breakfast items were not covered and flies would pitch on the food. The staff preparing the food did not wear gloves.
-
Nothing.
-
the pool and the bar next to the pool are wonderful nothing
-
The bed was a bit hard for me to sleep, also the central Aircon was too much for me. Even if you put it on the lowest it's still too much. Room furniture needs an update a bit but that doesn't take away from the entire hotel. All recommendations.
-
Everything. From the staff to the rooms They need double the lounge chairs and umbrellas. Always full.
-
The staff is amazing, since you got the hotel everyone is helping you, location is about 10min walk from pub street, good breakfast and really nice swimming pool. Is not super new hotel chain like, but is still good

This must be one of the best value-for-money places where we have ever stayed. The hotel itself is fantastic and mixes modern comfort with a vintage Asian touch (think glorious wooden furniture and old-school wooden floors). The staff are polite and kind; hot water and airconditioning are plentiful; the wifi works like a charm; and the breakfast is varied and delicious. Moreover, while the hotel is very centrally located, it is far enough from the raucousness of Pub Street and its environs that noise is never an issue. All in all, this is a wonderful property that deserves all its accolades and positive reviews. The choice of TV channels was very limited and did not feature any international (or for that matter, non-Khmer) channels.

Good Staff. The rooms are run down, and clearly don't fit a 5 star hotel. The beds are simply HORRIBLE, very hard to sleep. The mattress... Well, i even doubt there was one.... It completely messes up your experience. Horrible nights. Very hard to relax and recover from Temple hopping. Way below expectation.

There are not many things about this hotel I like but I will still mention few. One is location. Location is great. City center. A lot of restaurants near and other things for everyone. Staff was okay when we ask something they did it. Hotel entrance and Lobby is also nice looking. Now about what i didnt like. There a lot of things. First to mention this is not 5* hotel. If this is 5* hotel than its worse one is ever was at. I usually book 5* hotels but I was in better 1* hotels. Room is dirty. Dirty walls, retro lamp near bed dirty, old light contol like from 40s', live electricity line coming out of the sockets what can kill you, we were not able to charge phones because of the sockets falling out. Bathroom dirty from old mold, bathroom furniture damaged from water, low water pressure, bathtub out of the horror movies. Furniture is old and dirty. Dont open windows or mosquitos will eat you alive. Bed bugs in a room. This was first room we get. After our AC got into the fire and we almost suffocate during night, they move us to better room 1-2AM. Better is only better compared to old room but still not 5* hotel room. Bathroom was little better, cleaner, water pressure also better but still mold and bathroom furniture damaged from water. In other room bed was smelly, walls dirty, sockets again falling apart, bed lamp also dirty. Maybe I forgot something but so many bad things I cant remember everything. Oh yes breakfasts is below average. No bacon, no omelet, only hard boiled eggs for example. Not big choice of bread, not big options for breakfast. But I have to give 5* to kitchen Chef he make us bacon and omelet when we asked and it was really tasty.

Location is great. The hotel is near Ankor Wat Temple. It’s just 10 min walk going to Pub Street and there are shops, convenient stores and restaurants outside the hotel None
