Room a bit small

The accommodation and staff were superb. Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful. Our room was so cute, with built in partitions between beds making separate sleeping areas, each with their own AC unit. Meals here were easy, delicious and inexpensive. It was a short walk to shops, restaurants, the river and night market, with tuctuc drivers everywhere along the way. Siem Reap used US currency which made things easy for us.

We loved our stay at Tunnel Urban. We loved: the look of the room, coming home to a pool, free desserts poolside, free rides into town in the evening, & the staff. Special mention to Chhiv, NIch, Mr Chea, Soksan & Kimlat. So helpful and sweet. Nothing - they went out of their way to make us feel special and to make sure we had everything we needed.

Superb

Safe part of town for tourists and within walking distance for necessities. Don’t let me sway you; this is a wonderful place. But I should mention the shower would often malfunction and only use faucet which is waist high. They fixed it once but it happened again the next day. So I took showers out of the faucet a few times. Also, this is the Muslim part of town. They announce call to prayer throughout the day and into late evening. You can check Muslim prayer times online. If it bothers you, book somewhere else or simply go somewhere else during prayer times. It’s still worth it to stay here. The staff is most pleasant and will make your stay worth it.

It was very different to a standard hotel. Very quirky but excellent. Nothing not to like

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was really good. The all experience at the hotel was great!

This hotel was a good choice in Siem Reap. The staff is very nice and young, a good team. The room was clean. The pool was also fine. I can only recommend it. Thank you for the time spent here.

Such a friendly welcome from staff there , given a refreshing drink and cool flannel on arrival and fresh fruit selection. Room was lovely and all that we needed . Pool was lovely to cool off in after a days exploring Siem Reap . Nothing

One of our kids chose this place because of the "tunnel" theme, it turned out to be great! The rooms are nice, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The pool isn't very big, but was still lots of fun to use. The kids loved the hanging beds to relax in near the pool. The food is good, but there are cheaper options nearby. Our room was full of mosquitos, like a mini jungle. We should have asked them to spray it the first night but didn't. Definitely get them too if you find even a few as there are more hiding everywhere.

The concept is interesting, resembling with the capsule hotels of Tokio. Sure you have a room with bathroom not just a capsule but nevertheless. Location is OK (5-10 min walk to restaurant area) and swimming pool is inviting. If you have the bad luck of a room in front of the swimming pool (almost all are like this) you can be participate, for free, to all pool parties, high tone conversations, phone calls (some of the apparently private), early morning (4a.m.) Angkor Wat preparations of the group etc etc. The noise insulation of the rooms is non existent.

The staff were quite helpful. Pool area small but lovely Mosquitoes in the room if the door was left open. Organised s day ttip with tuk tuk driver out front of the hotel and the hotel wanted payment because he was out the front of their hotel which we refused and paid the driver.

Did not like breakfast. Expensive and not tasty.

Small hotel away from busy streets but close enough if you like to walk. Because of the "tunnels" around the bed sound proofing is pretty good, even mosk nearby does not bother you a lot. We were afraid tunnel around the bed will be a bit claustrophobic but it was not, space was big enough. Decent breakfast and pretty good coffee. Free tuk tuk to the center locations. Smell of bad water in the room (but that's a common in the area). Water in the pool was really cold which prevented us from using it. Biggest issue was payment - the terminal they used kept asking for pin when I tried to pay with credit card. I had to ask to drive me to the bank (near) so I could get a cash. For entire trip across few countries this was the only time I had this issue.

Staff was extremly nice and friendly. Hotel is just ten minutes of walk to the city center - pub street, patio with pool is calm and refreshing. It will be good to have more space for clothes and more place in bathroom.

The staff were lovely, they were the best and really helpful. The pool is beautiful, the food is good. Lots of mosquitoes in the bathrooms. The road it is on is just a couple of hundred metres from the main areas, which isn’t too bad as you can get a tuk tuk, and the walk is ok, it’s just a little bit too far for the little ones.

The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The courtyard and pool area were nice. It's not too far to city center and the restaurants there. The room was pretty small and the shower was very close to the toilet and sink. But the worst thing for me was the garbage incinerator across the street. I didn't like the smelly smoke when they were burning and they were burning quite often

People Maybe the shower in the toilet but was ok

The perfect place to stay while we adjusted to the time difference. We loved the quirky tunnel shapes in the wall for the beds! Staff were so brilliant, and helped us with everything we asked for. The free tuktuk into the centre was also useful. The pool was great too, and I enjoyed my early morning swims there! Nothing.
