Location was great and staff very friendly. Room was clean and comfy albeit a little dated. Noisy, not every night but if people or bikes are coming and going you hear everything.

The location is perfect to explore the city, also 7-11 right around the corner and many restaurants in the next street. The staff was really friendly. Also its nice that they have got a pool. Our room was bit smelly (they offered us to change but the other one, also smelled not that nice). Also you need to know there is no room service (I think you need to specifically ask for it).

Kind host. Good swimming pool. Good price. Bathroom's facility is little bit old. Water doesn't go out well into the bath hole.

Nice budget hotel outside of downtown SR. For me it was 10 minutes walking, situated in a non party district so you can get some good rest there. The owner speaks a little English and is absolutely sweet and polite person. They stored my luggage when I took 2 days trip around province. The hotel itself is not luxurious but much better than most you can find in downtown, and a lot cheaper too. On booking they were listed 15usd/night … but the street sign if you walk in says 7! That discrepancy is why I deducted a star. The same time it is still a very good deal. Maybe the building is not new but it is ok and has nice clean pool. There was even hot water and toiletries provided. The only thing I can think about is that room really need more cleaning. The staff, the location, the pool , were excellent. This motel style property that is very budget friendly, has no cleaning or maintenance during your stay, but staff is super responsive to needs and services required. Highly recommend:)

Very friendly family that run this homestay. Nice clean and spacious rooms. Nice pool to cool down and unwind after a day in town or Angkor Wat. Just behind the busy street, so very quiet compared to other hostels

The location and the swimming pool some of the staff are very polite and pleasant. The cobwebs in the room looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly for a while. Ants in the room. When you had a shower, it took ages for water to drain, kept getting wet feet when you had to use toilet. The door also didn't shut properly the gap between frame and door. Also, they need to upgrade their site, no coffee or tea facilities, and no mini bar. Was told to go and buy a coffee

The hotel is very well located (15 minutes from pub street and the center). The swimming pool is very enjoyable after a long day. The staff is very nice and welcoming, always there when you need something. We had to change rooms after one night because the bathroom sink was clogged. The second room we got also had problems (smells and leaking toilet).

I only stayed a night, the hotel is basic but it has all you need, good location, friendly staff and comfy bed

Great homestay offered by a lovely family. The staff is kind and helpful, the location is perfect (10 min walk from pub street or 1$ tuktuk ride), our room was spacious and clean. Would gladly return.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The family that run the business are really sweet and although the room could use a fresh lick of paint it was very comfortable and we would definitely stay again! The pool was a fantastic bonus in the really hot weather!

Cleanliness and friendly staff

Peaceful place not far from everything center, also local market and all you could need nearby, new family running the place, really nice and helpful. Don't hesitate to come here to be away from the hustle and crowd but conveniently near everything, enjoy that great pool !
