The Tito Suite Residence

So many option nearby to eat within walking distance. A bakery up the street next to a school was probably my favorite. My girlfriend asked a girl at the bakery for her favorite place nearby and pointed towards the hotel and across the street, a lady that only has pho about 45m south of TITO I booked this because it was close to Pub street but never ended up going I cant say anything bad about this booking. I did book a 2nd room for some local family of my girlfriend so will say it on that review.

Location We had local family of my girlfriend with us so booked their own room. At first, they were only going to stay one day so i had booked 1 day, then they decided to stay all 3 days that we were staying. I found no way to add days on here so i messaged TITO and they said they would accommodate. I told them that on here it was something like $55 difference and I would pay it when i got there and they replied back that there will be no extra charge. I thanked them and planned on finding out how many staff worked and was going to tip them all. When we checked in that person didnt know anything about the change apparently. I tried to show them the messages on the app but she didnt seem interested and assuming she didnt ready english? When we checked out, i was asked to pay almost $70 for the extra 2 nights. We already had our driver for a 2hr trip waiting with our bags loaded so I just paid and left. All in it was only about $15 more than I was willing to pay so not a big deal but It was more the lack of communication between who i was talking to on here and the staff working the front desk

Magnificent, very well-maintained hotel. We spent one night at this hotel in March and were very satisfied. Check-in was quick; we were even offered free early check-in at noon since the room was available. Room 308 is very spacious and has everything you need. There is a mini-fridge, a safe, and the Wi-Fi and air conditioning work very well. Everything was spotless, and we even had a door opening onto a small balcony with a lovely view of the pool. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast isn’t available at the hotel, but in our case, it wasn’t a problem since we were leaving at 5:00 am for Angkor Wat. However, there is one small drawback: there aren’t really any services near the hotel where you can quickly pick something up (e.g., a 7-Eleven). The pool, where you can relax peacefully, is a definite plus. As for the staff, they are fantastic. They are always smiling and incredibly helpful. They gave us excellent recommendations when we needed them. A big thank you to the whole team—congratulations on your excellent work. I definitely recommend this hotel to all travelers. Nothing near to get something quick ( Water, Coke, chips, chocolate, etc)

Room was nice, well organized and clean. Really liked the set up. Staff available to assist with all needs. Quality of room for price was a great value. The photos from bookings.com have not been updated. It looks like a modern shiny high rise with a dining facility. The rooms have beem remodeled and are nice but the building is an older building and the kitchen/dining was.closed during covid.

This hotel comes highly recommended. Our room was comfortable in every way with a nice view from the balcony. All the staff were lovely and helpful. All good

Good location with a number of Very Good restaurants near by. Just the right distance to and from Pub Street, easy walk going and a “bit longer” on the return walk… Room was clean, comfortable and well supplied with basic amenities. The bed was comfortable as well! Nice little balcony with chairs and a table to enjoy a morning coffee. House Keeping staff kept us well supplied with water, towels and always friendly. Hotel front end staff, especially helpful and always available to help out when needed, friendly and courteous at all times. Pool and Courtyard with towels and the area was clean. Discount Coupon for the adjacent restaurant/ bakery/coffee shop was Appreciated! The room price was more than Reasonable especially when everything was considered. All in all a Great Stay and would stay again with Now the bad… the Ice Supply/ Crushing Shop was a little on the Loud Side of Things but this only lasted a few minutes during random times during the day.

Very clean. Location is convenient to Pub Street, Old Market, etc. Very quiet at night.

We have stayed at the residence 4 nights and it was incredible! The room was spacious and clean, the staff were super nice and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend:)

This hotel was extremely clean, comfortable and had great amenities. Staff were always so friendly and just a short walk to pub street but still set in a quite local area. The beds were super comfy and the room was cleaned immaculately every day. I highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed for 5 nights as two adults and a small child and had a wonderful time. Our room was on the first floor and had very comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. One of the highlights was the uniquely designed shower area—it was part of the room but well separated from the main sleeping area, very spacious, and had good water pressure. The pool was clean (and refreshingly cold), with fresh towels available nearby at all times. The location is quiet at night, and it's also close to the city center, which was a big plus. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely return in the future.

We loved the hotel, and booked two more nights. The staff is really thorough, helpful and kind. I made a mistake in booking two more nights and the booking was canceled, refunded and rebooked without any issues. The room is well kept and made up each day by the wonderful cleaning staff. This level of service and eye to detail is exceptional for the given price point. You are close to the center which is just a few minutes walk and there is parking in front and behind the back in case you travel by car. Nothing

Very modern hotel, very friendly staff, big rooms, comfortable beds, nice pool area, very well located A/C seems to be centrally controlled, so we couldn't adjust the room temperature manually. So it gut a bit warmer at night, but was not a problem

The staff were excellent, always welcoming in rhe lobby, very helpful wit booking tours, tuk tuks,.advice on local restaurants/actìvities/shopping. The location was good as it's just outside the busier streets and 5 min walk to lots of.good restaurants.and markets. Patio was.nice and pool. Good.value.for.the money The pool was cold.but most others are as they are not heated. Not a lot of room to sit around pool area.

The staff where very helpful and polite and the room was really nice clean and comfortable. You don't get hardly any sun round the pool.
