I wouldn't recommend staying at this very run down hotel.

Room was clean. Nice breakfast. Take advantage of parking garage on King & 13th.

Breakfast was great, room was clean. Elevators are small and slow. Area is just ok!

It was pretty cozy The elevators was very small and slow with scary sounds. My key kept not working for our room. There was a couple fighting physically hard.

The bed was great. No information in room about services and use of phone or TV. Not a price of paper or pencil to write anything. No promotional inf about hotel property. Renovations to room looked cheap and rushed.

Don't expect to park at the hotel. The lot is very small. You will likely have to use the public lot next door. This was fine on Sat. night when we arrived but not sure the rest of the time.

The breakfast area was at full capacity, very crowded and finding a spot to have breakfast was complicated. Staff did their best trying to cope with people´s needs.

The elevators were slow or didn’t work. Keys to room didn’t work had to have multiple attempts to get it right. Parking sold out an hour after check in and not really knowledgeable about the garage parking that was the next best thing. Hotel itself look like it was in the process of being worked on… (missing borders, walls half plastered, & water spots on ceiling) that was not pre disclosed. My stay was very short.

It was a nice base for my travels into DC and the staff were really nice and helpful too. I liked the room. Spacious and clean.

Good location Scamming people. Customers support says its free parking but the charged me $20 per night. Had a problem after poop on toilet. Did not flush. And ask for assistance but it almost took 5 hours. Never fixed. Front desk keep saying about sending someone soon. Never show up. I have to fixed their toilets.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, room was clean and big, beds were comfortable. There was plenty to do within walking distance, including a Target and 7-11.

I didn't take advantage of the breakfast they provided, but it smelled wonderful, and the AC in the room was TOP TIER, I saw the cleaning staff almost everyday and the room I stayed in was beautifully clean our entire stay! I definitely recommend this place.

Bathroom in room too small. Need more flat spaces.
