Travelodge by Wyndham Silver Spring

Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant stay. There were cockroaches in the room, and people in the room next to mine were screaming and making noise throughout the night. I was unable to sleep or feel comfortable. The property needs better pest control and stronger enforcement of quiet hours. I would not recommend staying here.

The room was clean but bathroom had bad odor.Amenities was one tiny soap but I always travel with toiletries. Upon having guests they should check to make sure everything is on and working.EG.refridgerator and a/c there was no internet.Tv had 4 channels 3 of which is spanish...Happy I was there for 2 nights ac until so loud had hard time sleeping.

Room was not clean 2 times . Unorganized staff, too much noise was around.

The most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in. Sticky, dirty floors, roaches, lights didn't work. Just gross.

Other person checking in at the same time (Transiant roomer) was extremely beligerant, lashing out at other guests. The Receptionist check us in did nothing to assist us as entering guests. One other guest (possibly another Transiant roomer assisted us.

The worst hospitality experience ever. No dedication to commit on what promise during booking. They lied as they breath, instead of them handle the problem they delegate it to the customer. Bad customer experience, low grade place to let people paid $89/night. This shouldn't be on expedia platform.
