Elevator a bit scary as you think it might break down at any time. Got a room with bfast included from the store's buffet which was ok but at 7:30am not much was available at all and voucher did not include any beverages (coffee - juice)

The door was kinda hard to close.

The staff was welcoming and attentive. Location was very convenient. The refrigerator didn’t work properly. The water in the shower did not heat up.

It's cost more than a Air BnB but little stuff more then a Air BnB

This is a place if you just want to rest your head. So on both days weren't to different island so it worked out that we were barely there. We moved to a different resort and the experience there was 10/10. The staff was not inviting of engaging at all. They checked us in and out but that was about it. We asked if we could leave our bags on the facility after checkout. They said yes and assured someone will be there with the luggage all day since they stored it behind the open front desk. My friend and I came back around 7pm . No one was at the front desk. If you're not going to be there with the luggage don't say you will. We couldve found a better alternative. I would not book here again personally. But again, if you just need a place to sleep. It is fine.

Location is central is the beach and food spots. Not enough lightening in the rooms. Hot water took too long to come.

Location was excellent. 1 min walk from the beach, many restaurants and bars in walking distance, large supermarket downstairs the hotel. Room was very spacious, bathroom was large, full kitchenette. All very clean. The rooftop area with hot tub and lounge area was very nice. Wifi did not work well - it seems like there was a limit on how many people could be on the network at once, because some of our group could connect and others could not, until someone disconnected their wifi. Our group had 6 rooms and stayed 3 nights. My room was only cleaned 1 of the days and 2 rooms were never cleaned and they had to ask for towels to be changed. The hot water had to be on in a few of the rooms for over 10 mins to actually get hot. We should have been advised of this at the start. The hotel made a mistake and charged my card for two rooms and could not refund it.

Heavy traffic & no sidewalks..

The jacuzzis / pool. Having a fridge in the room to keep food fresh. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Good location in Simpson Bay near restaurants, shops, the beach, bus stop with regular services to the Airport / Philipsburg / Mullet Bay. Good access to the Aqua Mania tour boats at the nearby resort. The hotel changed my reservation by +1 day later, the day before I was due to arrive, causing a major panic and some very expensive phone calls. This took 15hrs for them to acknowledge and correct, after Booking dot com and Best Western became involved. Best Western required me to put down another $400 to get a booking in place to cover the missing arrival night, but as payment is on check-in this was not required after they fixed the mistake, and was not charged for. Rooms are only cleaned every other day, or daily as a special request - this is not a cheap property! My room wasn't cleaned on the second day either. On the third day, following a special request, the room was cleaned and towels changed, but the bed was left stripped and not remade and reception had to sort it out. Noisy bathroom extractor fan that can't be switched off. Leaking toilet cistern, that refilled itself throughout the first night, but the staff managed to fix this the next day. Safe didn't work as there were no batteries and they didn't fix this despite it being reported. Freezer box needed defrosting, and ice had to be scraped back to close the fridge door. They charge £11 ($15) for a buffet breakfast. This consists of a $10 voucher for the buffet in the supermarket downstairs. There is a very limited range of local food, no shelf pricing (by weight at the checkout, pay extra if you take too much) and no drinks at all are included. It is advertised starting at 7am, but some items like fruit only appeared at around 7.45am. Most people seem to pay for the Double Dutch Cafe - another concession in the same store - but that's nothing to do with the hotel breakfast offer. There isn't the advertised fitness room / fitness centre, but there are a few bodyweight machines outdoors by the pool. There is also no airport shuttle despite this being advertised.

The room the bed was to soft and it's needed some air freshners.

Location was ok, not far away from the beach A faucet in the bathroom didn’t work properly, only hot water was available. During the whole week nobody ever come to clean the room and take the garbage ( we took it out by ourselves)

The location is close to many great restaurants, bars and casinos. The staff is wonderful and always helpful. Free happy hour from 4:30 to 6:30 pm. Comfortable bed and large bathroom. A fully stocked grocery store is right on the ground floor. No complaints!
