Staff was very helpful and polite. They had DVD / Blu-ray movies you could borrow. My children enjoyed being able to experience "renting" a movie. The laundry area was great, especially with an extended stay. Room was clean and the location of Candlewood Suites was great.

Rooms do not have any USB ports as most other hotels do.

They did not respond to any attempts by Expedia to discuss an issue with our reservation.

Very good

Banging air conditioner unit, had to move to different room. Staff person assured that he'd help us do so. He left as soon as he knew A/C was OK. He acted indifferent--completely baffled that we wanted a room without a clanging A/C unit. I pointed out how dirty the upholstery was on a chair. He shrugged his shoulders and left fast. Similar chair in the quiet A/C unit room was just as dirty. I tried never to touch it! The manager needs to know about that young man. He is too stupid and / or too indifferent for holding things down on his own. He ruined my check-in experience from the minute I saw his eyes that said he was not concerned about anything. He didn't want to be there and showed it. Noisy, dirty, and indifferent are not the welcome I suspect higher management wants for new customers. Take a look at this place. You will wish you had if you don't.

Our room was clean and staff was friendly. Kitchen was well equipped. Would stay here again.

We loved the full size fridge and kitchenette.

I wasn’t sure if the coffee costs $9 as listed or was complimentary. Was there hot breakfast or only the expensive pre wrapped items in the store?

Our day was very delightful! I will absolutely stay here again in the future. We had a king size bed in a suite which included a living room with a recliner and sofa as well as a kitchen that included not only a stove, but also a dishwasher, garbage disposal and a full refrigerator and freezer!! I was absolutely blown away. Everything was perfect. The staff was amazing. I showed two of my children that have kids as well what a nice place it was for their future visits. I give it a five star and would absolutely recommend the welcoming. Staff was wonderful. Also pointed us in the right direction as far as elevators, food, both inside and outside of the facility they also have a mini store if you will that has the ice machine cold beverages to buy snack snacks, sandwiches things like that that you can purchase if you so needed a weight room and free laundry on site if you need it during your stay again, absolutely a five star and the price for everything you were receiving was beyond reasonable.

The property upon entering did not smell pleasant. It was clean enough and not seeing any irregularities, I have to assume it is just an older property that could use some TLC. Once the AC was turned on in our room, the odor dissipated. The clientele appeared to be heavy construction workers. Being a property wirh suites and kitchen facilities, it would work well for them.

The gentleman who checked me in was very nice and informational. The room was well worth the price.
