Everything looked recently new. The staff was very nice. On a trip coming home from Montana was the nicest hotel we stayed at among six hotels. There was nothing to complain about.

1. the bathroom was amazing; you don't know how often we stay in hotels and the bathroom is so dark it is impossible to do hair or make up. The mirror was lit and they had great lighting in addition to that. The bathroom also had a fan. I loved that you had DOVE products also

Ease of booking Restroom needs ADA grab rails around toilet. Low stool is very hard to stand up without a grab bar.

We have stayed at this property many times and really enjoyed it. This time, we arrived at 10:45 pm and were greeted by a car at the entrance, playing very loud music and a staff person smoking a cigarette (in the car with the door opened). As we went through the checkin process, the front staff person did not smile or greet us and seemed terribly irritated. Additionally, there were about 25 very loud kids in the lobby! I’m not sure if we will stay here again!
