Very central, with a balcony on the main square of Skala There is a small kitchen corner with nespresso, tea, fridge and some cutlery and plate to eat something cold (Don’t expect oven or cooking station), which I appreciated very much, also bathrobe and beach towels available are a plus It is not an Hotel, it’s rather just some rooms to rent, there is nobody at the reception and I didn’t receive any information on facilities or breakfast (I read on a piece of paper that there is a voucher to be used at a bistrot next door- choice of one dish and beverage, I found it insufficient). I had to wait and insist to get anybody to come and open beyond the check-in time and still had to wait under the sun. The staff was quite rude. The lady cleaning was making noises in the morning slamming doors, moving roughly furniture, singing, not minding that guests might be resting, from the room you can hear everything. The bathroom is smaller than expected and walls a bit dirty/scratched, like the corners and doors.

Location was amazing, very central and close to the beach. Bathrooms are awful, they really need to look into improving their showers as it's just a small space with a dirty curtain.

Very central location, really lovely and helpful receptionist. We used the swimming by pool at the hotel round the corner called Skala vista. The breakfast was in the restaurant next door, amazing staff, really lovely food too Being so central was great for us but obviously there is noise from people outside on the street. The stairs up to the beds on the mezzanine are steep and the roof was sloping so my daughter hit her head on the beams a couple of times, just need to be careful and aware!

Air conditioning unit was leaking upon arrival. Water all over the floor, staining on unit and walls from water, used the towels to absorb the water and went to reception to make them aware. No one around, no contact number to call anyone in the room on the information sheet in the room. Went out and returned later to find no one to report issue with, no towels for showering as all on the floor collecting water. By the following morning we vacated early as we couldn’t sleep for dripping water, floor was like an ice rink on the tiles. Receptionist said upon check out we should have called to report, we explained there wasn’t a number in the room. She stated there was, took a photo of the information guide to show her there wasn’t. Photo attached. Also booking.com say 11am check out and the hotel say 10am. The leak had clearly been there for a few days due to the brown staining and vast amount of water. Wouldn’t stay again sadly as room not fit for purpose. Spoilt a planned birthday celebration evening away.

The location was fabulous. The quality of the bedding towels etc was second to none.The little details slippers dressing gowns. The receptionist was so lovely. We could only get one night but would have stayed 3 if availability. Such a clean beautiful stay . We come every year but now we found this hotel and we are booking it for sure . A little hidden high quality hotel

Comfortable bed. Antonis the handyman was very helpful with everything! There is no 24h reception desk even though it is called a hotel. Do NOT book on last minute, you will not be able to check in after 17:00-18:00 that the reception lady leaves. Also, THE PHONE DOES NOT WORK. There is no way to contact the property. The contact number that the booking gives does not work and also if you find their phone number online, that does not work too. We arrived late and there was no way to contact the property. We managed to checkin and spend the night there only because Antonis happened to passing by, he made some calls and let us in.

The staff were amazing and the location. Beds were comfortable No lift for our heavy suitcases. But the staff helped us carry them.

The room was very comfortable and clean, hotel staff were exceptional and the location was perfect. The choice of breakfast was amazing.
